Another gang member fresh out of prison who flee's from the LAPD when they try to arrest him on a felony warrant. He gets in a shootout with LAPD and loses. Typical gang member, no job and no education out committing crimes in the commnunity. His death his no great loss to the city.

I don't see why this guy was let out in the first place.

and to Julio... who cares if he was a fatther, son or whatever. It didn' t appear that he was really trying to turn his life around, lol.

I agree with you Rick. Who cares about gang bangers/losers.

Gang banger or not, we only see and hear what LAPD tells us and not solid evidence. They make him look like his worse than Charles Manson and yet Charles Manson gets fan mail for what he did. Only in America.

First of all .His name is David Sedillo ,not Sergio.he was not a bad person inside, but regrets the things he has done in the past .To make everything clear for everyone is that he wasnt going back to jail if the LAPD came back with a warrant to put him back .he was trying to turn his life ,but his appearance shows that was a gangmember and cause of that ,they stop him for no reason and used an excuse to put him back to jail.So what i think of your comments mean to me YOU dont know the story find your facts before openning mouth that is so negative towards people. We are all normal ,and do things that we pay the price differently..LOVE YOU ALWAYS IN MY HEART .Brother

R.I.P I did not know you or your family but NO MATTER what,I dont believe you need to be judged as a "gang member" people should see the real problem here by brother was also murdered by the police and was no where close to a gang member, these simple minded people have nothing better to do then bad mouth others again rest in paradise
