Oh my this is so so sad. I was reading cnn news on my computer and came accross the blogs. My heart hurts for the families and others living in fear like that. We in Texas do have problems also, But I live in the middle of Texas. Most of the younger generation has guns but they are usually having thier picture made with it and a deer or some other animal is involved. Yes we have gangs but nothing as bad " Yet " as Los Angeles. Police in Los Angeles must be some of the Bravest men ever to face these problems head on. My heart also hurts for the gang members to because I feel they join gangs and destroy thier wonderful life god has given them by only feeling like they are accepted and have " Family " power and purpose. Everyone one of the gang members was someone precious little baby at one time. As also the same with the people they kill they are and were someones child. I am grateful to have my biggest worry about catching that raccoon that is killing my chickens. I cried over the loss of a dozen chickens and to hear what I heard about how dangerous life could be has put my life in perspective..

what's the matter coward you didn't want him to identify you for this sensless act you've committed. we are now living in a fearful time zone that we can't walk down our streets, ride on our freeways, or even stand in our own front yards without wondering if were next. this entire los angeles county has become a killing field. you don't neccessarly have to be from a gang, to be killed ordernarlly working citizens are being murdered for no apparent reasons. all i can is we as good normal minded people of all races are living in fear but we need to come together and start reported things to our local police departments even if it's a family member if you talk to he or she report there senseless acts of crime though it may hurt the death of an individual is more painful than anything. god bless your family and pray for inner strength
