Rosendo Manrique,

Rosendo Manrique, a Latino man, was shot multiple times in the  28700 block of Lincoln Street at about 12:13 a.m. Sunday, March 9. Manrique was attending a birthday party when a fight broke out between him and another Latino man, authorities said. The man pulled out a handgun and fired several shots, wounding Manrique and injuring another Latino man. Both men were taken  to a local hospital, where Manrique was pronounced dead. The second man was listed in stable condition. The suspect was only described as a Latino man, authorities said. Homicide detectives with the Sheriff's Department  are investigating. Victim's age coming soon.
