Breakers is about 1/2 mi from my house. I've been there several times to shoot pool with my bud. It's one of the most mellow pubs I've ever been to. We almost went there that day (St. Patty's). Just goes to show you that you never know what other people are capable of doing.

This is exactly the reason why my friend stopped drinking. Who knows what two drunks might end up doing, throwing civility out the window? I wonder if anyone who'd been drinkin' at that bar that night was allowed to drive home?

My condolences to Steven's loved ones. This kind of thing makes me think about how dramatically life changes in an instant. I can't help but think about the suspect's loved ones as well. So much heartache.
