Man shot in Compton

Compton: Kenneth Taylor, 40-year-old black man, was shot and killed in the 1000 block of north Hickory Avenue in Compton about 6:20 a.m. Friday, March 21. Deputies from the Compton Sheriff' s station responded to a call of a gunshot victim. Upon arrival, deputies found the black man with multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene at 6:33 a.m.
