Westlake stabbing

Westlake: A man was found stabbed to death at about 6:50 a.m. at 806 S. Burlington Ave. on Sunday, Feb. 24. Police and fire personnel responded to a 911 call of a man lying on the sidewalk, said spokesman Cecil Manresa of the Los Angeles Fire Department. Homicide detectives with LAPD’s Rampart Division are investigating. More to come.
