Reuben Conley, a 63-year-old black man, died from blunt force trauma to the head at a nursing home in Los Angeles Wednesday Feb. 20. Cole had been assaulted by another patient from a previous nursing home. He was transferred to another local nursing home, where he died from his head injury, according to investigator Jerry McKibben of the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office. His time of death was 2:38 p.m. The name of the nursing homes or location were not available. An autopsy is pending, McKibben said.
