Isabella Cortes, a 2-year-old Latina toddler, died from an unknown injury. She was transported from Lompoc Health Center in Ventura county to Los Angeles hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 2:17 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24. Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department is investigating.
