Byron San Jose, 25

Byron San Jose, 25, a Latino man, was shot and killed by a police officer at the intersection of Valerio Street and Kester Avenue in Van Nuys about 7:05 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. More details about the incident in the Los Angeles Times story.

typical trigger happy lapd shooting. that cop should pay a substantial amount of restitution to the family.

How are we supposed to teach our children to obey and trust the police when they constantly ruin lives without a thought? Stereotyping, is this what weve come to? How sad for Byrons family & friends. My heart goes out to you all! And to my good friend Byron, we miss you and you will never be forgotten! Peace!
