The police and Mayor are celebrating because of the lower number of murders in Los Angeles this past year. That's like celebrating because your kid received a D+ in math. Los Angles has way too many shooting and murders compared to the outlying areas such as Santa Clarita, Simi Valley or range County. There are too many gangs too many murders and attempted murders. Does the LAPD give out the number of shootings where the gang members missed their victims?

The victims were not gang members. They were just three family oriented guys and had children. S. Serna, left two kids. Didn't like that type of crowd. Just like all latin males who dress baggy doesn't mean your in a gang. That is stereotyping.
