Khalfani Taylor, 17

Khalfani Taylor, a 17-year-old black youth, was fatally shot in an alley near the 14700 block of Chadron Avenue at about 11 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25.  Paramedics declared him dead at the scene, according to Det. Tracy Gonzales of the L.A. County sheriff's homicide bureau.

I know KJ's father, and KJ himself. My heart is broken for both sides of this (what do you call it?) World gone bad. Comon young G's. We are here and we have to live together, is this the only way you really know how to solve your issues? Is that the best way your mind can produce an outcome? You are the future leaders of our planet. (THINK ABOUT THAT) You have to put the guns down. The last time I saw Kj he gave me the best haircut Ive had in years. I never knew of his inner circle. But then, I am an old guy,from the old skool. RIP KJ AND MIKE

i was his best friend in 4th and 5th grade and i havent seen kj in years. does anybody know if he has a myspace. i remember fun times getting in trouble with him.

i was his ex...it was so hard wen i found out...cuz i had tlked 2 him that nite...i juss wished he wud of told me that sumthin was wrong...but he is truly missed..&& if this was a set up..imma let god handle it...cuz wat they did 2 kj was soo wrong...its been bout 6-7weeks..n i still cant get over it

Im going to his memorial at Kaiser High School Mon. Jan. 28....I Still cant believe my friend is gon, me and a couple of my other friends are hearing that he left 2 go out there with somebody named Jayshon...We all think that it is a setup, we've heard it from many people
