Herberth Hernandez, 22, a Latino man, was shot through the head as he was driving in the 7400 block of South San Pedro Street in South-Central Los Angeles, and died at 12:20 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21.
He was a construction worker, just leaving his girlfriend's house to go home, detectives said. Hernandez was hit by a bullet, which entered behind his ear and exited his brow, and he lost control of his car. The car flipped over and crashed. The 911 call came in to police as a traffic accident. Only after officers arrived did they realize Hernandez had been shot.
hi, i´m sorry, but werw can i find more information about this homicide, because i´m worried, a have a friend with the same name and age, and i haven´t spoke with him for 2 years, please tell me, i need to know if it is him!!

He was my ex boyfriend, I loved him to death. When I found out I was Devastated, and hurt. He was leaving his baby momma's house not his girlfriends house thats what he told me. They were not going out.
