Eulogio Cruz, 63

Eulogio Ruiz-de la Cruz, 63, a Latino man, may have been strangled to death in Los Angeles County. He was found choked with ties, with his ankles bound, at an undisclosed location. His time of death was listed as 7:22 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 19. Los Angeles sheriff's detectives are investigating.

It's just sad to say that it's taking the police a long time to investigate this case. They are not the one's dealing with the pain and for who ever did this.....they may be able to hide (for a while) but they can't hide from GOD and I know they are not able to sleep at night because their guilty and distguting conscience. May God forgive you for what you did!!

Eulogio may you Rest In Peace you will allways be in our Hearts and forever be missed and may the Lord be with you.
