Kenneth Frison, 18
Kenneth Frison, 18, a black youth, died at California Hospital at 9:31 p.m. Monday, April 23, after lingering for three weeks on life support. He was shot in the head April 1 at the corner of 94th Street and Gramercy in LAPD's 77th Street Division.
