Carlos Hernandez, 26, a Latino man, was struck in the mouth and shot at Marlborough Avenue and East 67th Street in Inglewood and died at 11:13 p.m. March 3.

Update: Inglewood detectives have cleared this case. A latino suspect was arrested.
