To make room for some of his new original designs, Ten 10 owner Scott Nadeau is marking down everything in the Silver Lake shop. The sale, which runs until May 15, includes unique vintage pieces and colorful handmade birdhouses, above, recently created by Northern California ceramist Stan Bitters. Covered in highly textured glazes, the modern orbs are reduced 20%, to $200 each.

A love seat covered in electric blue Maharam fabric, right, originally $2,600, is marked down to $1,800.

The bronze and glass coffee table, originally $1,800, now is selling for $900. The price on the Brutalist-style metal sculpture also is slashed in half, to $750.

During the sale, Ten 10 also is offering a 20% discount on new orders of made-to-order furniture on its website, including Nadeau’s modern sofas.

Outdoor furnishings such as his travertine Pompeii table and the Good Design Group dining set by Midcentury Modern architect Eugene Weston III are also part of the offer.

Although vintage pieces on sale do not appear on the website, Nadeau can be reached at (323) 663-3603 to provide more information and shipping quotes.
