As the holiday shopping grows more intense, so do the sales. This weekend you’ll find an unusually high number of sales on ceramics:

Jackalope’s red tag sale, running through Monday, features discounts of up to 50% on pots and planters. Containers that normally sell for $9.99 to $109.99 are reduced to $1.99 to $39.99. 10726 Burbank Blvd., North Hollywood; (818) 761-4022.

Bauer Pottery’s annual holiday sale features discounts on seconds of Bauer Pottery, right, and Russel Wright American Modern pieces. First editions are also available at regular prices.
