The Deal: Outdoor furniture 50% off at Loll outlet
Why so cheerful? Perhaps they didn't pay full price for their Loll picnic table.
The manufacturer of 100% recycled plastic furniture has added items to its online outlet and priced them all 50% off. Shop for slightly used ottomans, planters, chairs and tables, including the 72-inch Alfesco table shown above, regularly $1,100, now $550. The website lists available colors and why each piece is in the outlet; reasons include "slight wear," "used in trade show" or "2010 model."
The designs are made from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene from products such as milk jugs and detergent bottles. The pieces are meant to last a long time with little maintenance.
