The Deal: (Sub)Urban Home floor samples 50% off
(Sub)Urban Home has kicked off a sale to make room for new inventory and to prepare for its first anniversary celebration in November. "It's going to be a juicy sale," owner Ronnie Gene said. "Every single one of our floor models is going to be on sale."
Samples include sofas, beds, side tables, night stands, dining tables and bookcases. The store's popular Roxy Chair, trimmed in pyramid-shaped nail heads and originally $1,095, will be $547.50.
The Santa Fe sofa pictured above is regularly $1,895; during the sale, the floor model will be 50% off ($947.50) and new made-to-order Santa Fe sofas will be 15% off ($1,610.75). The Main Street coffee table pictured in front of the sofa is regularly $895; during the sale, the floor sample will be 50% off ($447.50), and new orders will be 15% off ($760.75).
All custom furniture and special orders will be 15% off. Accessories and lamps will be discounted by 20%.
The sale runs through Oct. 3 at 101 W. 5th St., Los Angeles. Showroom hours: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. (213) 243-5881.
