Happy Thursday: the new head vase from Chiasso

The recent onslaught of holiday preview catalogs has made me cranky. Call me Ebenezer, but given that it is still September, I have a hard time getting my head (and wallet) invested in ‘unique holiday gift giving.’

Then I saw the hilarious ceramic vase from Chiasso. Place your favorite flowers, succulents or grasses in the openings of the 5-inch-high vase, and watch its personality change. I imagined it next to my kitchen sink, graced with leafy cilantro.

Straight up woody rosemary would be even funnier.
