BoConcept, which specializes in modern furnishings that multi-function, has select pieces on sale through June 15.

Many BoConcept furnishings seem created with tight, urban spaces in mind -- especially those rooms that have to double-up in purpose. The study-guestroom. The living room-home office.

Items on sale include a compact sofabed with built-in air mattress (reduced from $3,599 to $2,999), dining tables with a leaf for expanding seating (was $1,699, now $1,499), a coffee table with hidden storage (pictured above, and reduced from $1,189 to $899), and a slip-covered square ottoman that folds out into a 78-inch single bed (reduced from $499 to $429).
