Frustrated that they didn’t have enough interior space to host ‘proper dinner parties,’ Scout Regalia co-founders Ben Luddy and Makoto Mizutani created this colorful outdoor table. ‘We work out of our apartment in Echo Park,’ says Mizutani. ‘It’s nice to be able to have 10 people over for dinner and not feel crammed inside the house.’

Their young design firm is dedicated to working locally in sustainable ways. Therefore, the SR Outdoor Table Set is manufactured in L.A. with enameled aluminum and FSC certified redwood. The FSC redwood comes untreated, which allows it to age naturally, clear-sealed to preserve the initial color.

Each table set is made-to-order with your choice of 210 enamel colors. The table is 36 by 75 inches, and the benches are 14 inches deep and 18.5 inches high. Benches come fully assembled; some light assembly is required for the table. The price -- $1,800 untreated, $2,100 stained -- does not include shipping and handling. Allow four to six weeks for delivery.
