The new Bubble Rack from the Bay Area-based Wallter is abstract enough to tackle all kinds of household anarchy.

Can it hold a cookbook? You bet. Kitchen tongs? Check. Grocery or other to-do lists? No problem. Tote bag, keychain, hoodie sweatshirt? Why not? This sturdy powder-coated steel rack has hooks and a shelf to accommodate seemingly everything up to 50 pounds.

‘Our slat rack was really popular,’ says Linda Geiser, who designed the piece with her husband, Max. ‘We wanted to expand on that and try something a little more feminine.’

The Bubble Rack, which measures 22-by-18-inches, is a modern alternative to traditional coat trees. It’s available in orange or white and sold at Wallter, Design Public and Bobby Berk Home. Price: $145, hardware included. Questions? Call (510) 232-5018.
