The Deal: Designer Tag Sale on Saturday in Costa Mesa
Notable Los Angeles and Orange County designers will sell discounted items from their personal inventories as well as offer mini-consultations and appraisals at Saturday’s Designer Tag Sale organized by interior designer Vanessa De Vargas of Turquoise and editor Vanessa Kogevinas together with Domicile Interior Design.
Participating designers include Jolene Ballard and Amanda Malson of Domicile Interior Design, Zak Graff of Barclay Butera, Natalie Umbert of Atelier Natalie Umbert and Rick Campos of Christopher Tracy Interiors, among many others.
The second such event organized by De Vargas and Kogevinas (the Venice sale they organized in August attracted more than 300 people, including Angelica Huston) is fashioned as an upscale yard sale of small furnishings, lamps, rugs, pillows, art and accessories. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the backyard of 466 E. 18th St. in Costa Mesa. Admission is $10 but heads up: no item will be more than $200.
