Yes, it’s idiotic when we’re forced to run photo-driven home and garden profiles in black and white in our print edition. Yes, artist Kenny Scharf’s weird wonderland loses something without color. The Home staff hates it too. At least we can present an expanded color photo gallery here, as well as staff writer David A. Keeps’ story on the low-water landscape, which plays out like an experimental installation dotted with living sculpture.
