The ‘disarming’ of a cute but vicious dog named Cotton

Hard to believe, but that cute smiley dog and the vicious bear like thing above are in fact the same animal. And that third photo? That’s how this dog’s family decided to deal with his biting problem when nothing else worked: by having his teeth filed down in a process known as ‘canine disarming.’ The Times followed Cotton and his family as he underwent the procedure. Personally I find the dental work kind of disturbing, but I suppose it’s better than putting the dog down.
