Today Times writer Martha Groves reports that Frank Lloyd Wright's Ennis house is up for sale. All it costs is about $15 million to buy the place and another $5 million to $7 million to restore it.

Architecture nerds (enthusiasts?) will know all the details, but for those who are unfamiliar with the property, here are the basics: the 6,000 square foot estate is in Los Feliz, was completed in 1924, and was inspired by the ruins of Uxmal, Mexico. Also, the inside is even cooler than the outside.

Read the Groves story about why the Ennis House Foundation decided to put it up for sale. You can also see more photos of the house (interior and exterior) here.
