Cashmere designer Greg Chait's 600-square-foot Venice bungalow

High-end cashmere designer Greg Chait may make blankets that sell for $2,000 a pop but his own home is a shrine to modesty. It's a 600-square-foot bungalow in Venice tucked discreetly behind another house. Chait, who used to live in a much larger home, seems entirely satisfied with the arrangement. “I don’t dream of anything bigger and I don’t lack for anything,” he told writer David Keeps.

Who needs space when you have cashmere blankets?
