This month, the mighty Hero Complex celebrated its first birthday and what a way to blow out the candles -- we had 1.2 million hits in July, the most in any month since we slipped into the spandex.

I’m also extremely proud to say the blog recently won the Los Angeles Times Editorial Award of Excellence and has become a bit of a brand name in the fanboy universe.

If you’re joining us now, below are a few of our favorite headlines during our diaper year. From the whole crew here (Geoff, Jevon, Denise, Gina and the rest of the Legion of Super Bloggers) thanks for the support. And stick around too: We’re just getting started.
