‘Santo vs the Daughter of Frankenstein,’ this week’s haiku contest

We had some great responses to our Heroic Haiku challenge featuring the trailer for ‘Mega-Shark vs. Giant Octopus’ but in a narrow decision by our highly paid panel of judges, the winner is NetTrawler (not a real name, we suspect) who submitted this evocative poem-as-review:

CGI creatures
Battle of stupidity
This film flops like fish

Now here’s the next Heroic Haiku challenge, a trailer for the, er, classic 1972 film ‘Santo vs the Daughter of Frankenstein’ which finds our masked hero Santo lured into a death trap by Freda Frankenstein who is plotting to tap his superhuman blood to create more of the youth serum that is keeping her alive. Or something like that...
