Gulf oil spill: Obama details government's readiness, vows BP will pay for catastrophe

In his weekly address Saturday, President Obama worked to highlight his administration’s response to the massive oil spill, ticking off government efforts underway. The president also vowed that BP would "pay every single dime owed to the people along the Gulf Coast."

ya rite ill bet that the american citizens end up paying for this in the long run u watch. gas prices have already gone up this is wrong gas prices are rediculas anyway there is no reason gas should be so expencive why dont our government do something about this why because therepockets are getting fuller averyday from it this is wrong common government stand up and do something about this we the people of the united states dont deserve this be a man fix the problem before all of us are in welfair.
