Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: Shia LaBeouf may do more 'Transformers'

Rosie Huntington-Whitely could see more Shia LaBeouf in her "Transformers" future, she says

Shia LaBeouf made headlines last summer when he said he wouldn't be back for any more "Transformers" movies -- but Rosie Huntington-Whiteley says her costar just might be up for more alien-robot action.

"We'll see about that," Huntington-Whiteley told us Monday at the Hollywood Awards, seemingly doubtful about LaBeouf's statement. Asked if the actor could be persuaded to return for another "Transformers," she replied: "I think so. He'll kill me for saying that."

Huntington-Whiteley's role in Michael Bay's "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" was the Victoria's Secret model's first turn on the big screen -- and she said it was more than she ever expected to do as an actress.

"['Transformers'] has opened so many doors for me, and I feel so excited for my future and future ventures and career," said the woman who topped Maxim's Hot 100 list this year.

"I think everybody is always watching, and you're under a microscope. I definitely think I have a lot more hopefully to get the opportunity to show. ... I'm brand new, so I've got a lot to learn."

Shia LaBeouf lands in another bar fight, this time in Vancouver

Shia LaBeouf

Shia LaBeouf has once again found himself involved in fisticuffs, reportedly scrapping with a local man last week in Vancouver.

A video shot at a watering hole called Cinema Public House and viewable on TMZ shows LaBeouf on the ground taking punches from a shirtless opponent as some of the "Transformers" actor's male pals attempt to separate the two. LaBeouf attempts to fight back but eventually walks away.

"You gotta lay low right now," one pal urges as LaBeouf backs into a corner by the bar's entrance and tries to calm himself.

"It is not clear what provoked the attack, but Shia threw the other man to the ground inside the bar," a Vancouver radio station reported. The scuffle moved onto the street, where Shia's sparring partner decided to go all Tarzan and remove his top.

How ... cinematic. In February, LaBeouf found himself in a similar situation in Los Angeles, where a conflict with a man at a Sherman Oaks bar earned the actor a split lip.

LaBeouf is in Vancouver to film Robert Redford's "The Company You Keep."

Shia LaBeouf done with 'Transformers': 'I don't have anything new to contribute'

Shia LaBeouf is done with "Transformers"

It looks like Shia LaBeouf is ready to transform his career: The actor has announced he's done with Michael Bay's larger-than-life "Transformers" film franchise.

"I'm done," he said resolutely in an interview with the Associated Press. "I'm sure they'll make more of them, it's still a very hot franchise, there's still value in it. I think people will still go to see it. I just don't know if I have anything to contribute."

Nothing to contribute? We dare say the very act of promoting these flicks is more than enough contribution for the Ministry's taste, Shia.

For anyone concerned that LaBeouf may be lacking gratitude for the heights the films have propelled his career to, worry not.

"I love making them. I love the crew, I love Michael, I love the cast, I love [the character] Sam. I like doing it," he said. "I don't have anything new to contribute."

Perhaps a contract, or healthy renewal of such, would convince him otherwise, if "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" meets its blockbuster expectations this Fourth of July weekend.

'Transformers: Dark of the Moon': Shia LaBeouf, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley get sweaty

"Transformers: Dark of the Moon"

"Transformers: Dark of the Moon" star Shia LaBeouf has made no secret about his fondness for getting sweaty with his costars, and that tradition continued in Times Square on Tuesday night in the company of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and -- Josh Duhamel?

Fear not, Fergie. Pretty much everyone was sweating in their suits and dresses as temperatures in New York topped 80 degrees for the action film's premiere and LaBeouf, Huntington-Whiteley and Duhamel worked the red carpet with costars Tyrese Gibson, Patrick Dempsey, Ken Jeong, Buzz Aldrin and Lester Speight, as well as director Michael Bay.

"Transformers: Dark of the Moon" premiere And poor Huntington-Whiteley -- the Victoria's Secret model just can't get a break. Seems her leading man was "hot and sweaty" during their kissing scenes as well.

"He's dripping with sweat throughout the whole of this movie," she told the Associated Press, "and my poor little makeup artist had to be on hand the whole time we did the kissing scenes."

No word on whether Optimus Prime was sweating when he was tangling with the Decepticons -- or whether his detailer was on call 24/7.

Also spotted: Dwyane Wade with Gabrielle Union, siblings Willow and Jaden Smith, TV personality Carrie Keagan and Dempsey's wife, Jil Fink. Click the pics for more photos from the red carpet.

"Transformers: Dark of the Moon" opened for business in the wee hours Wednesday, ahead of the Fourth of July holiday weekend.

Shia LaBeouf: I hooked up with Megan Fox on 'Transformers' [Poll]

Shia LaBeouf says he hooked up with Megan Fox

Shia LaBeouf
hooked up with then-costar Megan Fox while filming "Transformers," because that's just the way life is if you're Shia LaBeouf

"Look, you're on the set for six months, with someone who's rooting to be attracted to you, and you're rooting to be attracted to them," he explained to Details after giving the nod when asked if the two had -- you know.

"I never understood the separation of work and life in that situation," he said. "But the time I spent with Megan was our own thing, and I think you can see the chemistry onscreen."

Coincidentally, Fox left the effects-laden franchise -- in which she played the hot chick -- because she "felt like a prostitute," LaBeouf said. Any surprises there? Also, there was that fight with director Michael Bay, and the recently revealed Steven Spielberg-Adolf Hitler thing.

LaBeouf also -- you know -- with "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" costar Carey Mulligan.

The actor said he didn't know if Fox was -- at the time of their, you know -- on or off with Brian Austin Green whom she married last June.

"I don't know, man. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. . . . It was what it was."

Details, details indeed.

Why Megan Fox couldn't handle 'Transformers,' as told by Shia LaBeouf

Megan Fox couldnt deal with Michael Bay's vision of women, says Shia LaBeouf While Megan Fox and her "Transformers" director Michael Bay had plenty of words for each another before her departure from the franchise, we've never had an academic answer as to the root cause of her exit.

Shia LaBeouf has some insight, and it's a pretty blunt assessment of women in the Michael Bay universe.

"Megan developed this Spice Girl strength, this woman-empowerment [stuff] that made her feel awkward about her involvement with Michael, who some people think is a very lascivious filmmaker, the way he films women," LaBeouf told Hero Complex.

"Mike films women in a way that appeals to a 16-year-old sexuality. It’s summer. It’s Michael’s style. And I think [Fox] never got comfortable with it," he continued. "This is a girl who was taken from complete obscurity and placed in a sex-driven role in front of the whole world and told she was the sexiest woman in America."

You all done, Shia?

"And she had a hard time accepting it."

Guess who is much more amenable to the Bay lens? His new costar, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

"Rosie comes with this Victoria’s Secret background, and she’s comfortable with it, so she can get down with Mike’s way of working and it makes the whole set vibe very different," LaBeouf concludes.

Shia LaBeouf punched in the face in a bar fight

Shia LaBeouf bar fight Shia LaBeouf had a rough last call Friday night -- the "Transformers" actor was involved in a heated bar fight that ended with punches and a police presence.

At Mad Bull's Tavern in Sherman Oaks, where LaBeouf is a regular, the actor took one to the kisser after a verbal altercation with a male patron, according to several reports.

The guy wanted a picture of Shia with his girlfriend, says RadarOnline, but was denied. As LaBeouf was leaving, the man allegedly hurled a gay slur, which led to the confrontation. A punch reportedly split LaBeouf's lip.

The bar bouncer intervened, and a squad car passing by quickly pulled up and detained LaBeouf, placing his hands over his head -- contrary to reports that he was handcuffed -- and questioning him, according to an eyewitness. Radar also said LaBeouf's truck was parked at the venue, but police wouldn't let him drive it, instead directing him away from the bar on foot.

People close to the actor told TMZ a different version of events Saturday: that LaBeouf was jumped outside the establishment as he was leaving.

Shia LaBeouf and Carey Mulligan call it quits

Shia LaBeouf and Cary Mulligan with Michael Douglas Actor Shia LaBeouf and his starlet love Carey Mulligan have reportedly called it quits.

LaBeouf and Mulligan split "some time ago," according to People, after an extremely private courtship that began in August 2009. The pair met on the set of Oliver Stone's "Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps."

In a cover story for October's issue of Vogue, Mulligan spoke about her and LaBeouf's penchant for privacy.

"Posing on the red carpet feels like you're selling something that has nothing to do with you. If you do it with someone else, it's like we're saying, 'Oh! We come as a pair! Would you like to buy both of us? We're available for weddings and bar mitzvahs!'" said Mulligan.

Mulligan is in Los Angeles filming "Drive" with Ryan Gosling. LaBeouf will next appear in Michael Bay's "Transformers 3."

Michael Douglas, Warren Buffett invest an evening in the 'Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps' premiere

Money-never-sleeps-premiere

We can't imagine Warren Buffett turning out for the premiere of, say, "Beverly Hills Chihuahua." But "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" managed to lure the billionaire investor out of Omaha and onto the red carpet for the Oliver Stone film's' New York premiere Monday night.

Victoria's Secret model to replace Megan Fox in 'Transformers 3'?

Rosie Hear that? It’s the sound of men everywhere cursing that they aren’t Michael Bay.

After Megan Fox was dropped as Shia LaBeouf's love interest in "Transformers 3," Bay has the oh-so-difficult task of finding a starlet suitable to fill her skimpy outfits.

Now there's speculation that Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who apparently read for the role last week, is the front-runner.

Not too surprising, right? Huntington-Whiteley's impressive acting chops have already been seen down the runway as she pretends those stiletto heels aren't painful to strut in during all those televised "Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows."

Also on the rumored short list with Huntington-Whiteley is Sarah Wright, who appeared in the critically acclaimed -- er, panned -- film "The House Bunny," and Brooklyn Decker, who is the reason dudes everywhere are glued to the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. Sorry, Heidi!

Paramount began production on "Transformers 3" earlier this month in Los Angeles, so Bay might want to hurry up with the casting.
