Lindsay Lohan may be in Playboy — now use your imagination

Lindsay Lohan may be posing for Playboy

Lindsay Lohan may soon grace the pages of Playboy, if reports out Monday and Tuesday are on target.

Now, nobody's confirming whether the actress who once said she wouldn't do a nude scene had changed her mind on the naked-for-my-art front, but she was in fact spotted heading into a Beverly Hills mansion for a photo shoot her mom later said "went well."

If the Playboy deal is real, Lohan should soon have a few more bucks to put toward the court-ordered counseling her lawyer said the actress couldn't afford — like, more than 750,000 bucks but less than a million of 'em, according to TMZ.

Lohan's current rep, Steve Honig, had a "no comment" for the Ministry, after telling E! News he could "neither confirm or deny at this time" what his client was up to. The actress went to a Beverly Hills mansion Monday for what a source told E! was the first day of a two-day, top-secret, non-nude spread for the January issue of the mag.

"The photo shoot went well," mom Dina Lohan said Tuesday to X17 Online, which had pictures of Lilo arriving at the mansion, allegedly with younger sis Ali in tow.

Last week, attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told Judge Stephanie Sautner that Lohan's problems completing probation as ordered stemmed in part from the reality that job opportunities for the actress and model, who supports her family, were primarily overseas. And Angelenos do go to all lengths to shorten their commutes, right?

The men's magazine previously pursued its dream of a nude Lohan in 2009, offering a million bucks and getting a "not considering it at this time" in return, a former spokeswoman told Gossip Cop that September.

Her "Machete" character's topless scenes in 2010 reportedly were the work of a nipple-baring body double.

"I'm not going to do a nude scene," Lohan told "Access Hollywood" in 2005. "Then there's no mystery for my private life." In the years that would follow, various of her body parts would be caught flashing and slipping by paparazzi cameras, but while promoting "Herbie: Fully Loaded," she said, "I think there's other things you can do to show people you have talent."

Jessica Simpson isn't pregnant yet — unless you have $500,000

Jessica Simpson is reportedly asking for Angelina and Beyonce size money to confirm she's pregnant

We have no idea why Jessica Simpson is reportedly asking for $500,000 simply to confirm that she is, apparently, pregnant. But according to Page Six, that is indeed the case.

Simpson reportedly wants a half-million bucks to tell someone she's pregnant, and then that someone can publish the first photos of the baby. If you believe the New York Post, Simpson's stage dad, Joe, thinks his daughter's cash calf is worth all that. (Or, well, OK, maybe it's just a beach ball; we have no idea what's in Simpson's uterus, and Simpson's rep didn’t respond to a request for comment.)

For those of you unfamiliar with the celebrity photo-trafficking game, the idea of a star selling out her kid is not a new one. What is eye-opening is Simpson's reported asking fee.

In recent years, we've seen Nicole Richie sell the first photos of baby Harlow for a reported $1 million, and Christina Aguilera raked in a reported $2 million for splashing baby Max on the cover of People. And of course, baby Shiloh Jolie-Pitt earned her parents an estimated $4 million, with the proceeds going to charity. But nowadays, in the current economic climate, most stars know better than to ask for six figures for a photo, unless both parents are ridiculously famous, and both of those parents work constantly, and the baby's last name rhymes with Folie-Zitt.

In contrast, Simpson "doesn't have anything super relevant going on right now," points out 5W publicist Ronn Torossian, who is credited with negotiating photo sales on behalf of La Jolie. "And the father of the baby, Simpson's fiancé, is a retired former football player; nobody knows who he is.

"It's a badly kept secret that she's pregnant, and I would be amazed if she got that much money."

Do not confuse Simpson's current B-list status with a dwindling bank account. According to Women's Wear Daily, Simpson's name is licensed to 22 different kinds of products — products that earned $750 million in retail sales in 2010.

So, to sum up what we know so far: Simpson is both sort-of famous and obscenely wealthy, and she apparently wants to use her maybe-pregnancy to make a half-million bucks.

There is one other possible explanation for Simpson's reported asking price: She thinks she’s Beyoncé. Of the current crop of babymaking stars out there, we're told, Mrs. Jay-Z is the one celebrity who could still command top dollar if she so desired. Or, more like a million top dollars.

Demi Moore is back. Or is naked Demi Moore all a front?

It's a weekday, which means that Demi Moore is once again getting naked in a picture on Twitter.

Well, to be fair, the shot above right, posted Friday, is the first time she's gone all-out topless; so far we’ve seen Demi in a bikini, Demi bending over and regaling us with her panty-clad buttocks and Demi in bed wearing nothing but glasses and what looks like nothing but a sheet. So this is Demi’s nakedest Twitter shot yet!

We could partner with a celebrity therapist of some erudite stripe, and, together, wax forth on what this all means about Demi's brain. (Have we seen any Twitter pics of Demi's brain? Geez, get on that, Demi.) Is this a case of exhibitionism? Narcissism? Some nefarious combination therein? Well, it would be totally irresponsible to diagnose Moore like that while having met only her back. So instead, we’ll note something else.

Her project slate. Which, for the record, is slimmer than Moore's very trim back.

Note that Moore is currently filming a comedy called "Magic Mike," playing a supporting role to Channing Tatum, Alex Pettyfer and Olivia Munn. (No comment.) Moore also plays Miley Cyrus' mom in the yet-to-be-released-stateside comedy "LOL." According to reports, Moore has lines such as, "You're my daughter, and I won't let you turn into a porn star!"

Beyond that, Moore has no announced films, as far as the, well, naked eye can see. (Thank you! We'll be here all week.)

Could the two facts -- a half-naked tweet, a lack of work -- be related? Well, in the old-timey days before Twitter, over-40 stars would often stage paparazzi photo ops in bikinis, a not-so-subtle assertion that the actress can still keep it tight, and her agent would sure like to hear from you.

Was that Moore's motive? Put it this way: If our work schedule looked like hers, we’d probably strip on Twitter too.

New 'Twilight: Breaking Dawn' photos: Edward, Bella get cozier

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson with 'Breaking Dawn' director Bill Condon

"Twilight" stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's Edward and Bella are steaming things up in the newest batch of set photos from "The Twilight Sage: Breaking Dawn -- Part 1."

Beware: Spoilers ahead.

Edward and Bella can be seen once again at their highly anticipated wedding, with the Cullen clan and between the sheets of their marriage bed. Their postmarital tryst brings on deadly consequences for the vampire-human couple and the ones they love in the final films, including Taylor Lautner's spurned Jacob Black.

Photos: Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart in 'Breaking Dawn'"It's a trip to watch the wedding scenes, especially," Stewart has said. "It was so volatile and emotional -- I was being such a crazy person."

But the pivotal scene that surely drove Twi-hards raging through the pages of Stephenie Meyer's final book was Renesmee's controversial conception, which pushes the newlyweds into parenting a supernatural hybrid. Surely the penultimate installment of the series is laden with emotions, which we're sure fans everywhere will share.

Academy Award-winning director Bill Condon directs the first of a two-part adaptation of Meyer's final book. It hits theaters Nov. 18.

Until then, click the pics for a peek at the newest stills from the "Breaking Dawn" set including some of the, ahem, other things Edward and Bella do on their honeymoon.

The family-friendly film prompted singer Sheryl Crow, "Handy Manny" actor Wilmer Valderrama, musician Travis Barker, singer-actress Christina Milian and their broods to park it at the theater. "Joey and Melissa" star Joey Lawrence also attended with younger brother Andrew Lawrence.

Also spotted: Disney President and CEO Bob Iger, "Modern Family" actress Sarah Hyland, singer Michel Michelis, "X Factor" judge Nicole Scherzinger and British Formula One racing driver Lewis Hamilton. "Cars 2" speeds its way into theaters Friday.

Kim Kardashian's naked W photos -- a thin line between love and hate

Kim Kardashian likes her naked pictures for W Magazine It seems like Kim Kardashian has a love-hate relationship with her naked body -- she's now backpedaling on her initial reaction to her nude photos in W Magazine.

"This really pisses me off -- this is serious porn!" she had sobbed to sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian on a recent episode of E!'s "Kourtney and Kim Take New York."

The news came when she got an advance copy of her full-frontal on the mag's annual Art issue. She was furious that she was "more naked" in the W photos than she'd been in her Playboy shoot, showing more, well, let's just call it more anatomical detail.

"She promised me I would be covered with artwork on top of me," Kardashian said.

When the show was shot, the 30-year-old reality TV starlet said she would never do a nude shoot again, not even for Vogue. Hear that, Anna Wintour?

But now she's telling Us Magazine that she loves the photos and thinks they're "beautiful."

"W Magazine is iconic so I'm really happy that I did it and that those are the photos."

What a difference a week makes!

"It's just that that's not what I thought they were going to be," she said. "Obviously, I'm comfortable posing nude -- I've done that before, and I did that then for the magazine. But that's probably not the direction I would've wanted to go if I thought that was going to be the case."

Emmy Awards 2010: Pop culture hits the red carpet

The red carpet at the Emmy Awards looked a bit like a highlight reel from the last year in pop culture and gossip, with Betty White, Kate Gosselin, "Twilight" star Peter Facinelli and Jane Lynch and the rest of the "Glee" cast stepping out in the Los Angeles sunshine on Sunday afternoon.

Emmy-red-carpet-gallery-ref In the couples category, Kathy Griffin brought her mom, Maggie, as her date -- eat your heart out, Levi Johnston.

And in the "adorable" department, witness one Kiernan Shipka -- seemingly having a better time in the spotlight than her character Sally Draper has at home most episodes of "Mad Men."
