Happy birthday, Jamie Lynn Spears!

Jamie Lynn Spears with daughter Maddie Happy birthday to Jamie Lynn Spears!

Britney Spears' little sis turned 20 Monday and celebrated over the weekend with her 2-year-old daughter Maddie.

"goodbye teens.. HELLO 20's!!!" she tweeted.

The former "Zooey 101" actress posted photos to her relatively new account, including the one to the left, as she asked followers how to celebrate.

She ultimately decided to grill on the porch with her daughter.

No birthday wishes from big sis Brit's Twitter account yet but Jamie Lynn did thank Perez Hilton for his birthday greetings.

Perez Hilton responds to Jennifer Aniston's 'Ellen' anecdote

Jennifer Aniston and Perez Hilton Jennifer Aniston stopped by Ellen DeGeneres' show on Wednesday to talk up her movie "Just Go With It," and wound up going with a rather interesting anecdote about a run-in with celeb blogger and entrepreneur Perez Hilton.

Hilton, real name Mario Lavandeira, encountered the A-lister last August in a Los Angeles parking garage. Aniston was in her car with a friend when they spotted him and approached casually with her window rolled down.

"We stood there like two deer in headlights. And I just said, 'Come here. Just talk to me for a second.' It was one of those great moments. It was a lovely meeting, and I was just like, 'Why are you so mean?'" she told Ellen.

Hilton confirmed the sequence of events, but was shocked the actress spoke out about it.

"I had not talked about meeting Jennifer Aniston out of respect for her and respect for the situation. It was actually a very powerful moment, I think for both of us," he told the Ministry. "I told her the answer I would always tell myself -- at the time, I viewed her as a character. I think it was very cathartic for her and for me."

A few months after the meeting, Hilton would go on DeGeneres' show and announce a vow to revamp the take-down tone of his site -- in light of a slew of gay teen suicides possibly triggered by bullying.

Though Aniston's beef could've been over a variety of digs (most frequently used was the nickname "Maniston"), Hilton had a bone to pick with Brad Pitt's ex. Hilton was still raw about a 2007 lawsuit that Aniston "approved," over a scan from a French magazine he posted that showed the actress topless on the set of "The Break-Up."

Seems all is forgiven now and, unfathomably, complimentary. Aniston recalled to Ellen that, on seeing Hilton in the garage, he was "tall, long [and] lean."

Hilton estimates he's lost 70 pounds over the last two years, a struggle he's been open about, and "loved" hearing the kind words about his figure.

And who says Hollywood endings aren't real?

Khloe Kardashian calls out Perez Hilton as her 'personal bully'

Khloe-kardashian Khloe Kardashian knows she's been slow to respond to Perez Hilton's call for celebs to make an "It Gets Better" video to support teens in crisis.

Why the delay? She didn't know if it would be hypocritical to make an anti-bullying message at the request of a man whom she says has repeatedly bullied her -- a man whose presence online sometimes made her reluctant to go out at all, she says, for fear of bad pictures showing up the next day with cruel words like "tranny" and "fugly" scribbled over her face.

"Perez Hilton asked me himself to do this video, and he's doing such an amazing thing by getting all these celebs to speak up to people -- but, for me, Perez has been my personal bully," Kardashian says in the video posted on her blog (see it embedded below).

The 5-foot-10 member of the Kardashian clan speaks of a lifetime of being compared unfavorably to her famous sisters -- taller, bigger, lighter-skinned.

But, she says, "Forget my childhood, forget that now as an adult I thought, you know, bullying would be done, but, in my world it's not done .... I live in a world where there's magazines and blogs, and people feel like they are allowed to criticize me, and in the meanest way." Hilton's words have given license to his followers and commenters to jump on the bashing bandwagon, she said.

No bull: Perez Hilton promises to stop bullying celebs

Perez-hilton Someone realized that "do as I say, not as I do" only works for cigarette-smoking "Mad Men" parents. The (often evil) Queen of All Media Perez Hilton -- who has participated in anti-bullying campaigns since the recent number of gay teens who've committed suicide -- appeared on Ellen DeGeneres' show Wednesday to let people know he's doing his part to stop bullying by promising to be nicer on his gossip website.

"I'm gonna do things differently on my website than I have in the past," he said on the show. "I'm not gonna call people nasty nicknames. I'm not gonna go the mean route. I'm gonna force myself to try and be funnier or smarter or just do things differently ... not doodle inappropriate things ... not 'out' people ..."

We e-mailed Perez to ask him about this and he declined to comment, saying, "I don't think I should talk to anyone else about this because I am not doing this for press and I don't wanna give off that impression."

HIlton told DeGeneres he started the blog when he was a mere 26 and now at 32, "I've grown and evolved as a person, and I think it's time for my website to change as well."

Seriously. Watch part of the interview after the jump if you don't believe us.

Report: Carrie Prejean's wedding set for Friday in San Diego [updated]

6a00d8341c630a53ef0120a875deb6970b-pi[1] Carrie Prejean will marry fiancé Kyle Boller on Friday at a hotel in San Diego, according to a report. The former beauty queen and the NFL quarterback, who started dating in July, have been engaged since February.

We assume Perez Hilton won't be on the guest list.

Boller, who was with the St. Louis Rams in 2009, signed with the Oakland Raiders in April.

Seems getting things done in a hurry is in the air these days -- Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green's wedding, Lady Gaga climbing the Forbes list, Sandra Bullock and Jesse James and their divorce, Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi and their split.

The most rational thing we can figure: Last Saturday's lunar eclipse is indeed compressing time. And yes, we're aware that's not exactly rational at all.

[For the record, 12:30 p.m.: An earlier version of this post said the wedding was planned for Saturday. As the headline says, it's a Friday event.]

Report: ABC pulls ads from Perez Hilton site; TV Land ads remain [poll]

Perez-at-book-signing-web Has celebrity blogger Perez Hilton finally gone too far with a link to an alleged "upskirt" photo of 17-year-old Miley Cyrus?

If you're ABC, the answer is apparently yes -- in the wake of the photo scandal, the Disney-owned network has yanked its spots for "The View" off Hilton's site, Pop Tarts reports. Still prominently featured, with a matching background: ads for "Hot in Cleveland," the new TV Land series featuring Betty White.

Miley, meanwhile, mouthed off at Hilton in a phone interview with Ryan Seacrest on Monday regarding the tweet from the blogger's account.

"That's some idiot being an idiot," she said.

Hilton or someone with access to his Twitter account posted a link to a dangerously aimed photo apparently of the singer getting out of a car in a dress; the link has since been deleted. A post on Hilton's website Tuesday linked to "photographic evidence" that Miley was wearing underwear.

Dunno about you, but this blog draws a distinction between being able to see an outline of a person's panties through her dress and being shown the business end of said panties in a picture taken using a camera aimed directly at a girl's crotch.

Call us old-fashioned.

Perez Hilton, Miley Cyrus and the whole underage 'upskirt' photo dilemma [poll]

Perez-in-blue-web

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton -- or someone with access to his Twitter account -- sent out a link to a celebrity "upskirt" photo Sunday. No big deal, right, happens all the time? Seriously, just ask Lindsay Lohan. Except this time, the skirt was allegedly being worn by one Miley Cyrus.

For those who don't hang out in the Internet gutter, such photos are usually snapped when a female celeb -- in a short dress or skirt, preferably sans panties -- gets out of a car. It's a vulnerable moment, unless you're Demi Moore, in which case your ninja upskirt-blocking skills prevent such hideous images from being captured.

Outside of celeb circles, such ninja skills are referred to as "acting like a lady."

But here's the problem: Miley, no matter how much she "Can't Be Tamed," is only 17. As in, not 18. Also referred to as "not legally an adult." Which means laws protecting kids from sexual exploitation could come into play -- just ask Joe Francis.

The link's long gone, and there's talk that the image might be a product of Photoshop, but according to a legal analyst over at Salon, none of that matters.

"We're not talking about a misdemeanor," attorney Jeffrey Douglas told the website. "You don't have to know what the definition of the law is; all you have to do is knowingly distribute the photograph."

On Monday night, Hilton posted a video -- not a direct response to the photo link, mind you -- in which he says that "it's OK for Miley to be a little sexier, because she's almost 18." And on Tuesday afternoon he posted a link to a picture of Miley fully clothed, allegedly "proving" underwear was present because you can see it through her frock.

Mmm-kay. Isn't an upskirt of a child's underwear sort of the same thing?

Time will tell if the law agrees. Until then, our Division of Absolutely Accurate Statistics is pleased to present a nonscientific online poll.

Lindsay Lohan is let go from film; Perez Hilton lets it fly on Twitter

Lilo-eyes Lindsay Lohan has been dropped from the film "The Other Side," TMZ reports, in what the movie's director David Michaels calls a choice to "move on." Perez Hilton, however, shows little sign of moving on when it comes to LiLo.

The filmmakers' choice may have something to do with whether Lohan is "bankable," according to a TMZ source familiar with the project. ("The Other Side" has been described as a mix of "Beetlejuice," "Alice in Wonderland," "Amelie" and "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest," to which we say, "perfect.")

Lohan told Gossip Cop on Sunday that she won't be meeting with her father, Michael Lohan, to discuss whatever it was that he wanted to put on the meeting agenda. Dad has given a big "or else" this time -- sit down with him and her sister Ali, and maybe a lawyer, or else he's going to court to push for a Britney Spears-type conservatorship.

Meanwhile, over the weekend, LiLo and Perez engaged in a Twitter spat, as Hilton on Saturday bombarded Lohan with links to his many blog posts about her and Lindsay on Saturday and Sunday soaked up fan support -- including some name-calling -- and tweeted that Hilton was simply seeking page views at her expense.

Foxwoods1 That Twitter barrage came as Hilton spent Saturday signing books with Mario Lopez and Emilio Estefan (Gloria's husband) at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut. Then Hilton and Lopez later hit the resort's Shrine nightclub until closing time, with Hilton at one point jumping the VIP-table barrier to dance and take photos with fans on the dance floor.

Lindsay Lohan, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry play at Perez Hilton's birthday party

Perez party Even gossip takes a break for the odd celebration, like blogger Perez Hilton's birthday party Saturday on the Hollywood lot of Paramount Pictures.

Katy elephant Pals and enthusiasts including Katy Perry, Liza Minnelli, Lindsay Lohan, Eve and Justin Bieber attended the bash -- Perry and Bieber fresh from the Kids' Choice Awards. Circus performers and a dunk tank were featured, along with live performances, natch.

I'm told that British singer Leona Lewis kicked off the celebration with "Bleeding Love," followed by rapper Eve with her hit "Who's That Girl?" The man of the hour introduced Minnelli, who sang for about 45 minutes from her repertoire of hits such as "New York, New York."

Paula Abdul, a favorite Perez target, was a good sport, introducing a video package with happy birthday wishes for Hilton from the likes of Lady Gaga and Kylie Minogue

In keeping with her subtle style, Russell Brand's fiancée, Katy Perry ...

Perez Hilton, Black Eyed Peas manager settle civil suit

Perez hiltonA settlement has been reached in a civil lawsuit filed by Perez Hilton against Liborio Molina, the Black Eyed Peas manager who allegedly punched the blogger in a Toronto nightclub last year, and a judge is dismissing the case.

Terms were not discussed, but TMZ reports that the money will be given to charity.

Perez, meanwhile, continues his good works on the interwebs: His "Quote of the Day" today is from Paul Reubens, a.k.a. Pee-wee Herman -- a quote highlighted presumably because, out of context, it's titillating, and it actually includes the word "titillating." Perez's website attributes the "Quote of the Day" to a Details magazine article.

Seems Team Perez has slow readers, however ...
