Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart kiss at 'Water for Elephants' after party

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson kiss in 'New Moon' and in NYC

The will-they-or-won't-they speculation may be coming to an end for Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson thanks to a snapshot of the "Twilight" hotties smooching in New York City on Sunday.

And this time they're not on a movie set.

Stewart accompanied Pattinson's parents at his "Water for Elephants" premiere. She laid low, however, as he walked the red carpet with Reese Witherspoon and his sisters, according to People.

Stewart, 21, did show up at the after party and shared a kiss and a smile with Pattinson, 24, in a car before leaving, the magazine said. Click here for the photo, which looks strikingly similar to the "New Moon" pic from above, no?

They've had quite a bit of practice thanks to their steamy sex scene in the upcoming "Breaking Dawn" films, though neither mega-star has copped to the relationship. But Twi-hards everywhere have been convinced something's been up for a while despite denial after denial from the duo.

Are you happy to see the real-life Bella and Edward get affectionate in public or is it too crushing to see RPatz with someone besides you? Tell us in comments.

The 'Twilight' body: Michael Welch on keeping up with supernatural fitness

Michael welch eclipse body

The vampires and werewolves of "The Twilight Saga" are sworn enemies, but they unite on one common cause: gym memberships for everybody!

With the rippling abs of the Quileute wolf pack (led by Taylor Lautner), the flat-stomached vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and the impossible muscle mass of his fanged brother Emmett (a shredded Kellan Lutz) -- admit it, it's hard out there for a human.

In last year's "New Moon," actor Michael Welch charmed as the bumbling regular boy with eyes for Kristen Stewart's Bella Swan. And he's the first to admit he was no Men's Fitness cover.

"It's funny, I didn't look very good in 'New Moon.' I noticed that," Welch said. "I think a lot of people noticed that."

It wasn't "New Moon" that caught the Ministry's eye. It was a recent behind-the-scenes video from a Seventeen magazine shoot with Welch that gave us the heads-up -- he's been working out since we last saw him.

"I've been working out since the beginning of the year; I finally just had to get a trainer," Welch said. "I just can't do it on my own. I'm not motivated enough, but this is Hollywood."

The actor, 22, said there was no pressure from Summit Entertainment or his management to shed some pounds, just a part of feeling better.

"I'm not really trying to build out too much, I'm trying to get some lean muscle going on," he said. "Just trying to look the best I can."

Does this mean he'll be giving his costars a run for their money?

Taylor Lautner talks his dream girl with Oprah Winfrey

Taylor lautner oprah kstew rpattz

Orpah Winfrey
has brought Forks, Wash., to her studio, as all three stars --
Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson -- from "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" will appear on her show airing Thursday.

A sneak peek at her chat with the shriek-inducing threesome has surfaced, wherein Oprah puts Tay Tay on the spot about what qualities he wants in a lady.

"Specifically? I have to choose a lady right now?" he asks. At this moment, we imagine Oprah blinks him into submission.

"Loyalty, honesty ... really important to me is somebody who can totally let loose and be themselves and have fun," Lautner said.

Stewart and Pattinson, side by side on the panel with Lautner, giggled throughout his list of love criteria. This must mean they've already found the qualities they want in a mate, no?

It's official: Bill Condon will direct 'Breaking Dawn'; one film or two still unclear

Bill condon breaking dawn Capping months of speculation, Summit Entertainment has decided on director Bill Condon to button up its hugely successful vampire franchise with "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn," starring Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.

"I'm very excited to get the chance to bring the climax of this saga to life on-screen," Condon told Variety.

"As fans of the series know, this is a one-of-a-kind book, and we're hoping to create an equally unique cinematic experience."

It's still unclear if the final film, based on Stephenie Meyer's massive book, will be done as one film or split into two. Other filmmakers in the running for "Breaking Dawn" reportedly included Sofia Coppola, Ron Howard and Gus Van Sant.

Condon's credits include the Beyonce Knowles-starring "Dreamgirls," which nabbed Jennifer Hudson an Oscar, as well as Liam Neeson's "Kinsey."  He also co-produced the 81st Annual Academy Awards in 2009.

Condon will join director alums Catherine Hardwicke ("Twilight"), Chris Weitz ("New Moon) and David Slade ("Eclipse").

First Look: 'Eclipse' trailer!, or 10 new seconds of Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner

Just as the gods giveth "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" on DVD, so cometh a 10-second preview of the vampire franchise's third film, "Eclipse" -- and Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are all back in top angsty, supernatural form.

A full, 90-second version of the trailer will debut Thursday (competing with the release of Lady Gaga's and Beyonce's video for "Telephone"), but here's what we know so far: Pattinson's Edward still has breathless love for Stewart's Bella, as brought to you a third time by director David Slade.

Stewart, shorn for her "Runaways" stint, is back to long hair, and from what we can tell, her wig isn't much of a distraction (fans -- your thoughts in comments, please).

Lautner has no shirt, then a tight black T-shirt, bringing remarkable consistency from his buff debut. Gone are his denim cutoffs, and in their place ... wait for it ... cargo shorts. Maybe our kids are growing up?

'New Moon' mistake: Chris Weitz on his biggest regret (it's a Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart scene!)

Bella swan edward cullen new moon

There's not a whole lot that "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" director Chris Weitz did wrong -- the film smashed box-office records and further catapulted his young actors into superstardom.

He's not without regrets, though, particularly involving a major moment in the "Twilight" anthology.

SPOILER ALERT: In "New Moon" we see a premonition of Kristen Stewart as a vampire. (In the Stephenie Meyer-penned books, Stewart's character Bella is eventually made a vampire by Robert Pattinson's Edward). In said vision, Stewart and Pattinson frolic and play in the woods, soaking in their undead love.

So, what would Weitz have done differently, if he had it to do it all over again?

"I wouldn't have shot Bella running through the forest with Edward, because I've never been at a screening of the film in which people didn't laugh at it," Weitz told me. "My heart sinks every time I hear that."

Weitz blames that snafu on the fact that "New Moon" wasn't previewed for audiences or focus groups, partly due to their intense deadlines and intense demand for "Twilight" content online.

"The moment anything is shown anywhere in public you can see it on the Internet in about a second," Weitz said. "Something being shown at the Rome Film Festival for 400 people is given away instantly, [such is] that extreme portability of media."

So if he had the change to do it again, how would he reveal Stewart for the first time as a sparkly-skinned vampire?

"I think I would've shot it in a much simpler way, and have it be an extreme close-up on Kristen and her eyes. She's got a great face, and that would've been very satisfying. But I'm a sap," Weitz said.

"The Twilight Saga: New Moon" will be available on DVD March 20.

HOT PHOTOS: Kellan Lutz for Calvin Klein underwear revealed

Kellanlutzcalvinklein2 Though Taylor Lautner's sculpted body was a major component in marketing "The Twilight Saga: New Moon," his vampire costar Kellan Lutz gives him a run for his money today with the release of Lutz's Calvin Klein underwear ad.

Lutz, 24, is one of four men chosen to represent Calvin Klein X -- a new range of briefs that will be marketed globally in the same campaign, encouraging their customers to "mark your spot."

Lutz is joined by "True Blood's" Mehcad Brooks, soccer star Hidetoshi Nakata and 26-year-old tennis pro Fernando Verdasco in the just-released stills. The guys were shot by fashion photog Mikael Jansson in New York.

Starting Feb. 15, you'll also see the men in action with video and digital components on a microsite devoted entirely to the undies (check out XMarkYourSpot.com after Valentine's Day).

In a few short months, Lutz will hit to road with his fellow Cullens, such as Robert Pattinson, Peter Facinelli, Ashley Greene and their on-screen human cohort Kristen Stewart, to promote "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse."

Check out pics of the other Calvin Klein X boys after the jump...

Peter Facinelli shops Lacoste, talks about dual doctor roles

Peter Facinelli at Lacoste While some of his Forks, Wash., cohorts were at the Sundance Film Festival, vampire patriarch Peter Facinelli squeezed in some shopping time in Los Angeles.

Hitting up Rodeo Drive's Lacoste boutique on Tuesday, Facinelli and wife Jennie Garth snuggled and shopped for crocodile-adorned garments. Call this quality time before the storm, as Facinelli is gearing up for massive promotion of "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" and his critically acclaimed Showtime dramedy "Nurse Jackie."

Facinelli spoke with Entertainment Tonight recently about the pressure of filming the roles simultaneously -- both characters are medical pros, but very different personalities.

"It was actually really fun for me to do such contrasting roles because Carlisle [Cullen] is such a calming force; he's a rock, and he's a foundation of this family. And [Dr. Fitch Cooper] is none of that. He runs around like he's had four cans of Red Bull," the actor said.

Perhaps Jennie should stock up on the energy drinks, as Peter's going to be traveling the world with the likes of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson come May.

Keeping up with Taylor Lautner: Chaske Spencer is packing on muscle for 'Breaking Dawn'

Chaske spencerIt ain't easy looking buff next to weight-room prodigy Taylor Lautner, but that's precisely the task at hand for "Twilight" wolf pack leader Chaske Spencer (that's him on the right).

As alpha dog for the lupine gang, Spencer's character Sam Uley has to up his game in the muscle department for each installment, especially for the franchise's final film (or films?), "Breaking Dawn."

I caught up with Spencer making the rounds at "Access Hollywood's" Stuff You Must gift lounge in celebration of the Golden Globes. He's looking plenty worked out, but still took some tips from renowned celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak

"He wants to put more muscle mass on," Pasternak said of his chat with Spencer at New Balance's Fierce Trax booth.

"Looking big and muscular on screen isn't about being big, it's about symmetry, definition and proportion."

Pasternak, who trained Robert Pattinson on the first film and the recent juggernaut "New Moon," advised Spencer to avoid typical "beach muscles" like his biceps and chest. Instead, he told the 34-year-old to focus on the upper back to create a burly neckline and narrow "shoulder-to-waist ratio."

We're sure his efforts will be handsomely displayed when "Breaking Dawn" begins shooting this fall. Meanwhile, the young man faces rampant promotion this June for "Eclipse" and is already dreading inquires about his maybe-dating costars Pattinson and Kristen Stewart...

'Twilight' news: Checking in on 'Breaking Dawn'

New moon Forget whether Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart "are" or "aren't," and whether Taylor Lautner was undermined by John Mayer.

The more interesting question rumbling online lately: Will "Breaking Dawn" will be broken in two?

"Breaking Dawn," the next installment in "The Twilight Saga," could begin filming as soon as this fall -- and along the way it could even turn into two films instead of one.

That's according to Wyck Godfrey, producer of the first three films, who last week talked to our friends over at the new movie blog 24 Frames.

Spoiler alert! Before you click to read the interview, a warning: That link and the next one -- especially the next one -- BOTH contain spoilers, so if you don't already know the plot of "Breaking Dawn" and don't want to, don't click!

Those who have read "Breaking Dawn" know its complications, and know that Stephenie Meyer might have written herself into a bit of a corner when it comes to translating a book into 90 to 120 successful big-screen minutes.
