Brooklyn Decker: Jennifer Aniston is everyone's BFF

We've always known that Jennifer Aniston is a girl's girl, hence our relentless fantasy of the ultimate lunch date -- two forks, one salad, lots of white wine. But now comes proof that she's totally bestie material. 

Brooklyn Decker, the knockout Sports Illustrated model and wife of tennis star Andy Roddick who nabbed a supporting role in Aniston and Adam Sandler's upcoming "Just Go With It,"  has nothing but nice things to say about the former "Friends" star. 

"The most surprising and amazing thing is she treats everyone like she's been best friends for years. The first time we met, she came up to me and said 'HI!' and opened her arms and gave me a big hug," Decker told "Entertainment Tonight" of their first meeting.

"She's been like that the whole way... It's incredibly refreshing."

Decker also flaunts her beach body alongside Oscar winner Nicole Kidman.

"I can't imagine, really, a better first big gig."

PREACH IT! Claudia Schiffer poses naked and pregnant, Earth continues to rotate on axis

Celebrity survival rule No. 86: No more posing naked and pregnant on a magazine cover.

This week the cover of the new issue of German Vogue emerged on the Interwebs. Claudia Schiffer is there, naked and about to pop any second now.

"There are probably not many other women who have been photographed as often as Claudia. But she has never been seen in such a different way," said the magazine's editor, Christiane Arp.

Yes. Danke, Claudia. It’s very pretty. It also looks a little too not different to belong on the cover of a high fashion magazine -- even safe nowadays. In fact Schiffer’s pose is almost precisely the same one we saw from Britney Spears, when she sat preggers and in the buff for Harpers, and Monica Bellucci, when she covered Vanity Fair, and Cindy Crawford, when she got knocked up and posed for W.

Yes, Demi Moore posed naked and pregnant once, and it was considered very daring and fresh. The world just went all kinds of crazy. But that was in 1991. “The Simpsons” was considered dysfunctional and disturbing. People spoke in hushed whispers about that new “e-mail.” And that baby that you saw in Moore’s naked belly is now 18.

Now, if Schiffer had posed naked inside one of those controversial airport X-ray machines? That would be a different story.

Married life for Marc Jacobs and Lorenzo Martone: their home, habits and matching rings

Though garment is usually Topic A at New York Fashion Week, the hemlines or Band of Outsiders' Boy Scout chic may not be the most exciting part for some. Instead, it's the New York Magazine profile of Lorenzo Martone, the tall, dark husband of fashion superstar Marc Jacobs. 

For months, rumors circulated that the engaged pair had tied the knot -- met by outright denials or tight lips from the couple. Then, over the New Year, photos of the style guys surfaced from St. Barth's, decked out in white and posing with a layer cake topped with mini-replicas of themselves.

Where on earth would anyone get the idea they were married!?

The magazine quotes Martone, a fashion publicist, as saying the tropical celebration was an "intimate ceremony." Confirmation much? Check out some fun facts from the story about the lives of "Fashion's First Husband" Martone and ubiquitous thread maker Jacobs:

A Boy's Best Friend: Though the family business is schmatas, these boys love bling. They sport matching pink gold rings from Boucheron, with bears engraved inside the bands ("We call each other bears because of our facial hair and all that," Martone said). Also, Lorenzo rocks diamonds on a Chanel timepiece and a ring of emerald-cut stones from Jacobs....

EXCLUSIVE: 'Avatar' star Zoe Saldana lands Avon deal

Zoe Saldana plays blue-skinned Neytiri in "Avatar," which has racked up more than $1 billion worldwide. Now her natural visage is being put to good use -- I've learned that Saldana will join cosmetics company Avon as a brand ambassador.

"She's thrilled," a source close to the deal tells me.

She's also in good company. Saldana will join other stars aligned with the brand, including Fergie, Reese Witherspoon, Patrick Dempsey, Courteney Cox-Arquette, Salma Hayek and Derek Jeter.

Reps for Saldana did not return requests for comment. An Avon rep was unavailable at press time.

With her success in the "Star Trek" update, 2009 was kind to Saldana, and she shows no signs of slowing this year: She's poised to release several major films, including director Neil LaBute's take on "Death at a Funeral"; the 2010 version costars Chris Rock, Martin Lawrence and James Marsden.

And that aforementioned tiny art house flick "Avatar"? Saldana's blue face in that flick won't be going away any time soon -- after four solid weeks at No. 1, it was confirmed as the second-highest-grossing film ever overseas and globally and the seventh-highest in U.S. history. 

Congrats, Zoe!

Models watching models at the sexiest party you weren't invited to

While you and your friends huddled in living rooms to ogle the delicious bodies in Tuesday's annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, you gave nary a thought to what other gorgeous models were doing for the big event.

Selfish!

In case you were concerned, a pack of insanely hot beauties (including some actual VS gals) headed to NYC's the Box for a private viewing party. And the names read like catalog credits.

Doutzen Kroes, Lily Aldridge, Candice Swanepoel, Caroline Winberg, former Kanye West flame Sessilee Lopez, Julia Stegner and Eniko Mihalik were there, among agents and model enthusiasts.

The crowd sipped 42 Below signature cocktails called Bombshells. You know, because there weren't any in the room.

Elton John sings for BFF Andy Roddick's kids charity

The Ministry loves it when strange celebrity bedfellows come together to support each other's pet projects.

Thus our delight in star tennis player Andy Roddick asking his pal Elton John to swing through Austin, Texas, for the fourth annual gala thrown by Roddick for his eponymous children's foundation.

Sir Elton very generously offered a lucky bidder the chance to pick his set list for the evening. Winning numbers included "Tiny Dancer" and "Crocodile Rock." (Predictable but probably a lot more entertaining than this so-called shockfest).

The Grey Goose-sponsored bash counted guests such as Brooklyn Decker (Roddick's insanely hot wife, who's also a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model) as well as crooner John Legend and his gal Chrissy Teigen.

"Andy was the first to stand up for ovations after Elton's songs," a party-goer tells us, "and the last person to sit down."

Roddick and Decker were lucky enough to have the British import serenade them at their April nuptials in the same town.

Tickets to the event started at $750, with tables fetching a minimum of $7,500, snatched up by local athletes and social types. Proceeds were given to Roddick's foundation, which strives to serve "children who are neglected, abused, at risk or with catastrophic illnesses."
