Admittedly, Brian Austin Green hasn't been that accessible to fans since his David Silver days on the original "Beverly Hills 90210."
There was that fantastic Lifetime movie he did about being a single dad then -- poof! -- the next time we really noticed him was on Megan Fox's arm.
All that changes this month as the actor prepares to play the resident hunk on "Desperate Housewives." Green talked to Details about raising a son alongside Fox, the pressures of being a piece of prime-time beefcake and the fame divide between him and his movie star bride.
"She is absolutely my better half in parenting. She just gets it. It's instinctual for her," he said of Fox's relationship with Kassius Lijah, 8, Green's son with actress Vanessa Marcil.
"I know the normal male thing is the man works and is successful and brings home the paycheck. I don’t know who the hell set it up, but it's what people expect."
"I just don't care ... next year I could book some crazy movie that blows up and things could ...
With dozens of premieres, screenings and Q&A sessions, plus parties to match, is there really a good reason for an actor not to attend the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival?
Makes sense that Hollywood -- and by that we mean East Coast, West Coast and overseas "Hollywood" -- is out in force up north through Sunday, at the event that began Thursday.
Matt Damon and Bryce Dallas Howard showed up for a gala screening of Clint Eastwood's supernatural thriller "Hereafter," and Ryan Reynolds did press for his flick "Buried," a thriller set in Iraq that also screened at Sundance.
"Slumdog Millionaire" couple Freida Pinto and Dev Patel hit the screening of "You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger," Woody Allen's flick featuring Pinto along with Anthony Hopkins. "Rabbit Hole" star Nicole Kidman was escorted to that film's premiere by husband Keith Urban, and Hilary Swank, Minnie Driver and Sam Rockwell promoted "Conviction."
Fresh off world premieres in Venice, Natalie Portman showed up for "Black Swan," and Ben Affleck, Jeremy Renner and Jon Hamm again represented "The Town," joined this time by costar Blake Lively. And of course the shy and retiringJames Franco has been making news along with "127 Hours," which ...
Eminem's new video featuring Rihanna debuted on Thursday night, and my my my, it's a talker. (Watch it here, but know before you hit "play" that the tune contains a couple of F-bombs.)
Megan Fox and Dominic Monaghan play a couple "whose passion turns violent as their relationship vacillates between ecstasy and agony," according to MTV. The concept of the "Love the Way You Lie" video, Monaghan says, is a look at the relationship between the rapper and Kim Mathers, the woman he divorced twice.
Among the lyrics sung by Rihanna:
Just gonna stand there and watch me burn Well that's all right because I like the way it hurts Just gonna stand there and hear me cry Well that's all right because I love the way you lie
"I think we tried as hard as we could to not glorify the violence," Monaghan told MTV News, "to
try and explain that this was a relationship that is by no means ideal."
Looks as if Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox weren't messing around this time when it came to getting married: According to TMZ, the off-again, on-again couple got hitched last week in a small ceremony at the resort on Hawaii's Big Island where Green and Fox got engaged -- for the second time -- on June 1.
The ceremony happened Thursday, according to "Entertainment Tonight," which reports the two are still at the Four Seasons Hualalai resort honeymooning and says the groom's 8-year-old son, Kassius, joined them for the wedding.
Star Magazine, which has the same long-lens Mr. and Mrs. picture that "ET" is showing -- except blown up larger, with wedding bands helpfully circled for easier viewing -- quotes an unnamed source saying, "It seemed like a spur-of-the-moment thing."
A small wedding is in line with what People says the two had talked about in the past.

Though Megan Fox is again engaged to be married, reassurance comes that the sex symbol still has a day job -- and thankfully for some, that day job requires only inches of fabric covering her body.
Italian fashion house Emporio Armani unveiled its fall-winter 2010-2011 advertisement Thursday, featuring Fox, its face for women's underwear, in a white-heart-and-black-lace bra and panty set, right.
Megan's also the face of women's Armani Jeans, with those shots presumably rolling out in the coming weeks. Fox in her undies will get the billboard treatment in cities including New York, Milan and Tokyo starting in July.
Fox's equally bare spokesbrother Cristiano Ronaldo's campaign for the Armani men's collections hit this week too. We highly recommend you check him out.
Want to know how to get Megan Fox to marry you? Brian Austin Green might know, as he's certainly been practicing. The two got engaged again June 1 after a beachside proposal on Hawaii's Big Island at the swanky Four Seasons Hualalai.
Megan may very well be a Carrie Bradshaw, however. She doesn't have the biggest affinity for engagement rings.
After the proposal, Fox lost the 2-carat diamond from Green somewhere in the sand, reports Us Weekly.
"I saw her jumping up and down," an onlooker told the mag, "Later, I saw a half dozen staff sifting through the sand."
The bling, from Excalibur jewels in Beverly Hills, is still missing. Found, however, is the mutual desire for marriage.
Dating since 2004, the pair called off their first engagement in February 2009. This proposal clocks in at No. 2, and we hope it's a charm.
Fox will next be seen in the sci-fi western "Jonah Hex."

Hear that? It’s the sound of men everywhere cursing that they aren’t Michael Bay.
After Megan Fox was dropped as Shia LaBeouf's love interest in "Transformers 3," Bay has the oh-so-difficult task of finding a starlet suitable to fill her skimpy outfits.
Now there's speculation that Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who apparently read for the role last week, is the front-runner.
Not too surprising, right? Huntington-Whiteley's impressive acting chops have already been seen down the runway as she pretends those stiletto heels aren't painful to strut in during all those televised "Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows."
Also on the rumored short list with Huntington-Whiteley is Sarah Wright, who appeared in the critically acclaimed -- er, panned -- film "The House Bunny," and Brooklyn Decker, who is the reason dudes everywhere are glued to the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. Sorry, Heidi!
Paramount began production on "Transformers 3" earlier this month in Los Angeles, so Bay might want to hurry up with the casting.

Heidi Montag has let "Transformers" director Michael Bay know, via Twitter, that she's game to fill Megan Fox's shoes as Mikaela Banes in the third installment of the robot-action franchise should the director trip, hit his head on a rock and suffer a dramatic fall-off in casting judgment.
"Michael Bay I love your work! I know what a artistic brilliant genius you are! Cast me in the next Transformers."
(We'd like to point out that those quote marks actually come from Heidi herself, who seems to have cleverly packaged the comment for public consumption -- and we like to daydream that she or whoever speaks English for her made those girly "quote marks" in the "air" with her "hands" while "tweeting." That would be a artistic brilliant thing to do.)
Fox and the franchise have parted ways, it was announced Wednesday, with some speculation ...
Megan Fox's option to appear in "Transformers 3" has been dropped, a decision ultimately made by director Michael Bay, a new report says.
After two hugely successful films and numerous resulting controversies about the working relationship between Bay and his breakout star, the mega-bot franchise is now seeking a new love interest for top-liner Shia LaBeouf.
Reps for Fox and Paramount Pictures have yet to respond to requests for comment.
As with any family, issues lead to tissues — and there's a laundry list of conflict between the two. First, there was an alleged directive for Fox to pile on some pounds. Then, after the sequel had dominated the global box office, Fox likened Bay's on-set style to that of Adolf Hitler.
Crew members did not respond well, labeling the actress "dumb as a rock." Still, her intellectual virtue was defended by higher-ups at the studio. Then last fall, when the third picture went into production, Bay welcomed Fox back to the franchise with crossed arms.
"Megan Fox, welcome back. I promise no alien robots will harm you in any way during the production of this motion picture," Bay wrote in an open letter.
"Please consult your Physician when working under my direction because some side effects can occur, such as mild dizziness, intense nausea, suicidal tendencies, depression, minor chest hair growth, random internal hemorrhaging and inability to sleep. As some directors may be hazardous to your health, please consult your Doctor to determine if this is right for you."
So it wasn't always paradise. LaBeouf himself admitted last week in Cannes that the "heart was gone" from the second film. Does Fox's absence mean its sex appeal is kaput? Give us your thoughts in comments.

Katy Perry rocketed up Maxim's Hot 100 list this year, jumping to No. 1 after buzzing around at No. 15 in 2009.
What made her so much hotter this year -- the Russell Brand engagement? The ProActiv acne treatment commercials? After getting hooked on 2008's "I Kissed a Girl," Maxim seems to like Perry's "California Gurls" single for 2010, and has high hopes for a super summer backed by tunes from her upcoming album.
Girl-next-door Perry didn't make the cover, however. That hotness was delivered by Victoria's Secret modelSelita Ebanks.
Rihanna moved up a spot this year to No. 6, up from No. 8 in 2009 and No. 15 in 2008 -- maybe all those photo shoots helped? Megan Fox, meanwhile, fell to No. 5 from No. 2 in 2009. (Yeah, the unfunny school budget cuts video took the edge off for us too.)
After popping onto the list at No. 100 in 2008 and falling off it last year, Tila Tequilathankfully remains un-Hot in Maxim's eyes. The mag appears unimpressed with Heidi Montag as well -- she made the list in 2008 and 2009, but fell off this year, possibly due to the weight of her massive new breast implants.
How soon until hubby Spencer Pratt lovingly tweets his outrage? We're betting soon, because "The Hills" costar Audrina Patridge -- who didn't even make the cover of People -- came in 12th.
