Adam Lambert manages no controversy, mucho swag at Z100 Jingle Ball

Adam lambert duracell After a Band-Aid appearance on "The View," Adam Lambert appears to be slowly recovering from his AMA crotch-thrusting debacle.

Over the weekend, Glammy hit Z100's Jingle Ball, where he shook hands and scored holiday gifts at On 3 Production's H&M Artist Gift Lounge backstage at New York's Madison Square Garden.

In good spirits, Adam joked about his strict diet while grabbing a fistful of Nerds at the Wonka candy station, where he scored a Wonka purple card -- that bad boy entitles him to a year's worth of his favorite sweets. The crooner in the guyliner also scored a $500 H&M gift card and Moroccanoil hair products (which he said he keeps in his bag at all times in case of 'do emergencies).

Other stars scoring goods -- including Verizon's Google-powered gadget Droid, Spin Master Liv fashion dolls and Hasbro Family Game Night packs -- included singer Ke$ha, Justin Bieber, Jordin SparksKris Allen and "30 Rock" stars Katrina Bowden and Judah Friedlander, plus breakout pop singer Kristine Elezaj

Leighton Meester: 'Somebody to Love' (because it's too bad to ignore)

Click on the video above. Watch it. Come to grips with the fact that you clicked of your own free will.

And then ask yourself, "OMG, what was Leighton Meester thinking?"

If you are able to answer yourself, please let us know immediately, because frankly we're at a loss.

Oh, we almost forgot! You can see the whole thing next week on the CW's website. And you can buy a ring tone! Will the fabulousness never stop?

No need to race for the hand sanitizer and antibacterial body wash, however. It's not as if Leighton's the first one who's taken a shot at one or another of the songs called "Somebody to Love." Clicka. Clicka. Clicka.

Lady Gaga brings 'Gossip Girl' some 'Bad Romance'

 Meester Gaga

Back in the innocent days of network TV, just before the turn of the century, it wasn't unusual for the likes of Christina Aguilera to rock the Peach Pit After Dark on Fox's "Beverly Hills, 90210," or for Dishwalla to suddenly to headline (and provide a key plot point) at the P3 nightclub on the WB's "Charmed."

Now, People magazine reports, the CW is dancing in the same pop-star footsteps, with Blair (Leighton Meester) of "Gossip Girl" booking Lady Gaga for a private concert, at which Gaga will perform her new single, "Bad Romance."

It's comforting to know that if Gaga drops another four-letter bomb, like she did on "Saturday Night Live" earlier this month, the "Gossip Girl" gang can just edit that puppy out ahead of time.

Or better yet, use it in their next ad campaign
