Miranda Cosgrove reveals: Nickelodeon slime is edible!

Miranda Cosgrove of "iCarly" fame has been hitting the Kids' Choice Awards for about half of her 16 years -- so of course she's the one who tells us that Nickelodeon's slime is edible. Comes in handy if it hits you in the face.

(What does this mean, in practical terms, to the Ministry of Gossip? It means that next year ...

Jackie Chan, Jaden Smith and the Will Smith version of 'wax on, wax off'

Jackie Chan was intimidated about working with Jaden Smith in the remake of "The Karate Kid"? Well heck yeah -- the little actor is Will Smith's kid!

Dad's advice to Jaden? Stay in the scene, the younger Smith said, and don't try to do it the first time, do it the first time. We'll see how he played it when the movie opens this June.

Jaden gives the rundown ...

The Jonas Brothers, elder statesmen of Kids' Choice Awards

Jonas kca
The Jonas Brothers
have been there, done that when it comes to Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards. But when it comes to the sound of the screaming girls?

"That never gets old," Kevin Jonas said. "It's amazing."

Words of wisdom from the voices of experience: Yes on the cool shades -- a different style for each personality (and face shape); a big NO on, say, chugging five Red Bulls before the show.

Not that anyone's ever done that before on Kids' Choice night, right Joe Jonas?

Check out the video above -- it's a cute one -- for the full interview with the JoBros, and click here to launch a photo gallery of arrivals on Nickelodeon's red carpet.

Justin Bieber talks slime and surprises at the Kids' Choice Awards

For the record, Justin Bieber was glad to be there, glad his fans were there, but pretty much not glad at all about the possibility of Nickelodeon's trademark slime, which would also be there at the Kids' Choice Awards on Saturday night.

"I'm not up for the sliming," he said. "I'm not down with that."

What about the "surprise" we'd been told to expect during his performance? Seems someone ...

Taylor Lautner: 'Honored' on red carpet, honored again inside Kids' Choice Awards

Taylor KCA We know, Taylor Lautner, it's an honor just to be nominated. But winning is pretty cool too.

Before the favorite movie actor winner nabbed his prize at the Kids' Choice Awards -- he was up against Zac Efron, Tyler Perry and Shia LaBeouf -- he acknowledged the competition.

"It's incredible to be in a category like I am tonight," he said on the red carpet. "I'm just -- I'm honored."

He said he's ready for "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" to hit theaters this summer, giving hints about the love triangle and the action.

"I think this movie will be really good -- it's my favorite book, so I'm really excited to see it, and for the fans to see it."
