Jessica Biel and her alleged engagement ring are teasing us all

Jessica Biel, not wearing an engagement ring

Jessica Biel is engaged (supposedly) to Justin Timberlake, who gave her a ring (supposedly).

But Biel’s left-hand ring finger has been under the microscope, and if the couple really did get engaged just before Christmas, and if she really does have a ring, she hasn't been wearing it out much. Maybe she's embarrassed because it looks like one of these?

Justin, wow, I'm ... speechless.

But Biel finally may be breaking out the bauble. Several news outlets said Biel does indeed have a ring and that she wore not only out to dinner recently, but also to a "Saturday Night Live" party last weekend -- Timberlake had a cameo on the show -- where "SNL" cast members Amy Poehler and Kristen Wiig were all "oooh" and "aaah."

Still, when it came time to meet the press, the ring -- was gone! The Atlantic Wire said "the ring was hidden away, somewhere."

My Doc Hub, in a Jan. 16 posting, claims this is the engagement ring. My Doc Hub is a health and "celebrity plastic surgery gossip" etc. blog.

Even if it's not the ring, it's not bad. And as we know, it's not the ring that counts, ultimately, it's the commitment and the couple behind it.

After all, Kim Kardashian's engagement ring from Kris Humphries was 20.5 carats.

Maya Rudolph charms as Beyonce, Michelle Obama on 'SNL'

Maya Rudolph spoofs Beyonce on SNL

Maya Rudolph slayed this weekend on "Saturday Night Live," as the sketch-comedy show alum took on everyone from Michelle Obama to Maya Angelou. But the funny lady hit her arguable high note portraying new mom Beyonce.

With cast member Jay Pharaoh playing mogul Jay-Z, the skit (watch it below) imagined the two at home receiving celebrity well-wishers after the birth of their daughter Blue Ivy.

"I asked the doctor, did I have a boy? And he said no, you had a single lady," Rudolph sings to LL Cool J (played by Kenan Thompson) and additional "guests" including Nicki Minaj and Prince.

Justin Timberlake provided some extra laughs as granola rocker Bon Iver, as did an appearance from Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie (Taran Killam and Abby Elliott).

Rudolph proved a ratings champ for NBC on Saturday, as the "Bridesmaids" actress easily landed the highest ratings share for viewers 18-49. She got a little help from another alum, Amy  Poehler, who stopped by to host "Weekend Update" and to hit her and Rudolph's famous "Bronx Beat" sketch.

Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel are reportedly engaged

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are reportedly engaged

Is Justin Timberlake ready to give Jessica Biel his last name? That was the talk Wednesday: The on-and-off couple of nearly five years are reportedly engaged.

Timberlake is said to have popped the question over the Christmas holiday in Jackson, Wyo.

"Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place," one source told Us Weekly, which claims several insiders have corroborated the proposal.

After ending another go at their relationship last summer, Timberlake and Biel took up again mid-fall as the actress made rounds with Timberlake promoting his film "In Time." The pair made a public show in November at the GQ Men of the Year party.

The latest make-up sparked a serious discussion, Us says. "When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step," another source tells the mag.

Reps for the couple did not immediately return requests for comment. Biel recently appeared in the ensemble comedy "New Year's Eve." Timberlake spent most of his 2011 promoting various film projects.

Justin Timberlake slammed (willingly?) by Jessica Biel's brother

Justin Timberlake bashed by Jessica Biel's brother?

Should Justin Timberlake visit his on-and-off love interest Jessica Biel this holiday season, he might be sitting at one tense dinner table -- given that her brother Justin Biel has taken to his Facebook page to blast the singer.

Mr. Biel, you see, was recently in the employ of 901 Tequila, the spirits company in which Timberlake is an investor and occasional spokesman (lending his voice and directorial talents to commercials for the booze).

Biel, however, recorded a series of video spots found Wednesday that vociferously complain Timberlake did little in 2011 to help the company survive, leading to low morale and allegedly terrible sales.

In expletive-laden rants, viewable at TMZ if you dare, Jessica's bro says: "I've been waiting for [Timberlake] to do something ... make a song about it; put it in a ... video; hold it up, dude, take some pictures, I don't care -- just do something 'cause we're dying on the ... vine here!"

Biel then proposes several of his own marketing ideas, which include featuring the tequila in an adult film, and randomly attacking people with the glass bottle. He even tries his hand at some tag lines.

"So ... exclusive, our own CEO doesn't even drink it," Biel suggests.

Biel supposedly left the company a few weeks ago on good terms (really?), according to 901 Tequila, which told TMZ that his videos were shot in accordance with his employment -- part of a larger viral marketing campaign. (Biel's LinkedIn page still lists him as the brand's West Coast manager.)

This would mean Timberlake was in on the bashing, which would ring true to the Ministry. The entire spectacle smacks of cooperation, and we don't think Jessica would so easily let her kin step on her relationship, especially one that seems gingerly back on after this year's GQ Men of the Year party

The Ministry has reached out to 901 Tequila to see what's up and will update when we hear back.

Mila Kunis enjoys Marine Corps Ball; Sgt. Moore thanks wingmen

Mila Kunis and Sgt. Scott Moore at the Marine Corps Ball in North Carolina

Mila Kunis and Sgt. Scott Moore attended the Marine Corps Ball in Greeneville, N.C., on Friday night — Moore being the Afghanistan veteran who shall be forever known as the guy who started it all.

In addition to his veteran status, Moore is a different kind of American hero for starting this year's wave of celebrity invites to the USMC's big night, but he didn't do it alone. On Thursday, he credited "wingmen" Justin Timberlake and Dan Lamothe of the Military Times for their help getting his invitation to Kunis.

The "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" actress arrived at the venue around 2:30 p.m. Friday and was promptly whisked away from media eyes, said local station WNCT, which also noted that Moore's recently returned 3rd battalion, 2nd Marines had lost seven in Afghanistan. It's that sort of sacrifice that's remembered each year for the Marine Corps' birthday.

Despite the presence of Hollywood hotties shining a spotlight on this year's celebrations, "the Marines and sailors know what the night is about," spokesman Capt. Scott Sasser told the Greenville Daily Reflector. "That's been the focus the whole time." A good time was had by all, Sasser said.

Timberlake in particular was moved by his experience as Cpl. Kelsey De Santis' date in Virginia last weekend, calling attention to the dedication and sacrifices of the Marines in a post on his personal blog.

Following in Kunis and Timberlake's footsteps, Kristin Cavallari hit the ball in Temecula with Camp Pendleton's Lance Cpl. Jonathan Burkett on Thursday, after getting permission from beau Jay Cutler, of course. Betty White couldn't get the time off work and had to pass, as did Scarlett Johansson, who sent a case of bubbly to cover for her absence at the Nov. 10 ball held in Georgia.

And can we give a nod to Military Times' Lamothe, wingman extraordinaire? In a blog post Wednesday, he explained that while searching for bootleg clips of Marines in Afghanistan, he'd cracked up when he found Moore's video invite to Kunis. He posted it on the Battle Rattle blog, only to have it go viral — resulting in a Fox reporter bringing it up to Kunis and Timberlake days later in a "Friends With Benefits" interview. And the rest is history.

Since going viral, the video has been watched nearly 4 million times.

Nice work.

Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel cozy up at GQ Men of the Year

Justin Timberlake

Justin Timberlake was honored Thursday as one of 2011's  GQ Men of the Year, and brought a significant lady friend to be at his side -- former girlfriend Jessica Biel.

So are they back in full swing as a couple? It would seem so, as the pair were attached at the hip navigating the packed lobby and patio of the Chateau Marmont, eventually departing after midnight, hand in hand.

Back inside the party, another honoree commanded full attention of the crowd: dad-to-be Jay-Z. All  kinds of boldface names flocked for their five minutes with the mogul, including Jimmy Fallon, Lake Bell and Aziz Ansari.

Cutting a Sinatra-style figure in a black suit, and looking very lean, Jay-Z held court in a corner table while fellow man of the year Michael Fassbender charmed a group of ladies across the garden.

Joe Manganiello stuck out, literally, his towering frame grabbing attention alongside cast members from "Mad Men." The whole gang of Fox's "New Girl" turned up, including a whimsical Zooey Deschanel and Jake Johnson.

Anna Faris and husband Chris Pratt mostly hung out together, as did Armie Hammer and his bride, Elizabeth Chambers. Sadly for the Ministry, Jay-Z -- who would make it to Heavy D's funeral in New York the next day -- wasn't joined by his fabulous ball-and-chain, the pregnant Beyonce.

But as the focus of the party was dudes, plenty of them made strong and stylish showings over Grey Goose cocktails, including "Hunger Games" star Josh Hutcherson, Topher Grace, Anton Yelchin, Johnny Galecki, Kellan Lutz, John Cho, Adam Scott, Michael B. Jordan, Sam Paige and Eli Roth.

Justin Timberlake 'blown away' by the Marine Corps Ball

Kelsey De Santis and Justin Timberlake at the Marine Corps ball

Too bad Cpl. Kelsey De Santis didn't get Justin Timberlake to a Marine Corps Ball just a little sooner -- because the note that the performer wrote on his website Sunday would have been perfect message for his young fans to reflect on Friday, which was Veteran's Day.

Yes, De Santis was cool and humble and honest ("I have to tell you, it's not every day that I meet a 23 year old girl and she's more worried about if I'm having fun or if I'm comfortable!" he wrote). And her friends rocked and were funny and even danced a little. She started the evening in her dress blues (Marine formal wear for women includes a skirt) then changed into a glittery evening gown, according to local station WTVR.

"The ball was epic!" De Santis tweeted afterward. "Had a wonderful time."

But what Timberlake didn't expect from a blind date that originated during the marketing of his "Friends With Benefits" promotional campaign with Mila Kunis? "An event," he said, "that turned out to be one of the most moving evenings I've ever had."

From JT himself:

[T]he next thing I knew I was watching a video about Pearl Harbor/WW2 and the September 11 terrorist attacks... It was a video with some first-hand accounts from some Marines who were there... Telling their stories of the sights and sounds of war and rescue. So vivid and real. So honest but, so filled with a sense of compassion and adoration for this wonderful country. They spoke with a pride that only they could have acquired through their experience as a US Marine. There was a common theme that I began to notice as well... No matter what the situation. No matter how dire...

They were there FIRST.

There on the front lines.

No questions... Just reaction.

While this tribute was playing, you could hear a pin drop. It was a surreal moment to be in that room with so many of our great Marines who have such a different type of connection to those stories. One that we who don't serve will NEVER understand.

He put it in context unique to those who travel in celebrity circles: "I've met so many of my heroes... From Michael Jordan to Michael Jackson. And, nothing makes me feel more honor and pride than when I get to meet one of you.

"Last night changed my life and I will never forget it."

Check out Timberlake's whole note -- lots of details for the curious! -- and then come back to the Ministry and read more about how he and De Santis wound up at the Basic School Instructor Battalion 236th Marine Corps Birthday Ball in Virginia on Saturday night.

Coming up this Friday? Mila Kunis heads to North Carolina for her own night at the Marine Corps Birthday Ball.

Justin Timberlake challenged to dance-off at Marine Corps Ball

Justinweb
Justin Timberlake better be prepared to bust a move at tonight's Marine Corps Ball, because his date Cpl. Kelsey de Santis is challenging the singer to a dance-off.

So what if he's an international star with years of training from his early days with the Mickey Mouse club and N'Sync. She says bring it on. In fact, he might want to start doing "The Dougie" now.

“My friends keep saying, ‘Dance-off!’ They know about my skills,” she told Access Hollywood. “I honestly don’t think he’ll be able to keep up with my group of people.” In fact, she's got “multiple signature moves,” and yes, one of them is “The Dougie.”

What if Timberlake tries to steal a smooch at the ball? De Santis, who is stationed at the base in Quantico, Va., is fine with that too, but she would never "force anything upon him."

“Of course, I’m single! I don’t know [if a kiss will happen.] I guess that’s all up to JT and what his plans are,” she explained on the show.

The Marine asked Justin to the Marine Corps Ball in Washington, D.C., back in July via Youtube, after his "Friends With Benefits" costar Mila Kunis accepted a similar invitation from Sgt. Scott Moore. Check out De Santis' invitation below.

'In Time': Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried on action, 'Alpha Dog' reunion

Justin Timberlake at the premiere of

Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried and other stars of “In Time” arrived at the movie’s premiere Thursday in futuristic style, cruising up to the red carpet in the jet-black, no-door-handles limos featured in the film. More of the retro-inspired cars were on display at the premiere’s after-party, which transformed a Beverly Hills parking garage into a “Time Zone.”

The festivities stayed true to the time theme with all kinds of clocks scattered throughout the party’s tables, a wall of graffiti-painted phrases like “killing time” and “time will tell” and green-lighting the same color as the bioluminescent clock on the arms of the “In Time” characters.

Plenty of action comes with the film’s high-concept sci-fi elements, which wasn’t always easy on the bodies of cast, which also included Vincent Kartheiser and Olivia Wilde.

“I actually specifically tore my calf muscle in the scene where I kidnap Amanda,” Timberlake said on the red carpet outside the Regency Village Theatre. “I don’t recommend it. It’s extremely painful.”

"In Time" demanded a lot of running in high heels for Seyfried, who said, “I didn’t really like to run without holding Justin’s hand. He had saved my life the second day of shooting when I was wearing really tall Yves Saint Laurent shoes.”

Shooting action scenes still had its rewards. As Timberlake said, “Shooting guns, flipping cars, kicking bad guys’ [butt] -– every boyhood fantasy’s trapped in this movie for me.”

“In Time” created a bit of a reunion for Timberlake, Seyfried, Kartheiser and Wilde, who all appeared in “Alpha Dog” in 2006.

“Everyone’s doing so well…. Everyone’s just blowing up,” Kartheiser told Ministry of Gossip.

The “Mad Men” actor didn’t have any scenes with Seyfried in “Alpha Dog” but worked out with her for a month in preparation for the shoot.

“She’s as sweet as she was back then,” he said of working with her for “In Time,” where he plays her father in a world where the aging gene stops at age 25.

Slipping into the chemistry of the lead characters was easy for Seyfried, having co-starred with Timberlake in “Alpha Dog.”

“I felt really comfortable with him. I respect him a lot, and I think it shows,” she said.

“In Time” hits theaters Oct. 28.

Justin Timberlake: That's not my penis

Justin Timberlake is telling pals it ain't him in nude photos

Justin Timberlake is reportedly telling folks to go ahead and cry themselves a river, because that's not his penis in a picture stolen from Mila Kunis' smartphone.

His "Friends With Benefits" costar Kunis is reportedly the victim of a phone hack, in which several pictures were unearthed, among them one allegedly depicting Timberlake shirtless and one nudie pic showing an unidentified man's package.

But the exposed member ain't his, he's personally telling friends, according to a TMZ report.

The four pictures floating around are said to include one of Timberlake wearing pink panties on his head, and another of Kunis in a bathtub.

This hasn't been a banner week for Hollywood keeping a lid on sexy camera photos. Personal pics of Scarlett Johansson surfaced as well, resulting in a viral sensation Wednesday over photos of her bare bottom and chest.

(Not to mention a subsequent flurry of cease-and-desist letters, which pretty quickly resulted in the ScarJo pics being taken down by websites including BuzzFeed and the Dirty, to name a few, though versions of the images with the naughty bits blacked out could still be found online Friday.)
