Amber Rose, Wiz Khalifa engaged; 'Love Is Everywhere'

Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa, and her engagement ring

Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa are engaged, they announced Wednesday, sharing a photo of the engagement ring for those who like a peek at the bling.

"She Said Yes!!!," the rapper exclaimed on Twitter, following it up later by saying "Love Is Everywhere," as congratulations flowed in.

"He has made me the Happiest Woman in the World!!!!," the singer and model tweeted.

Khalifa, real name Cameron Thomaz, and Rose, who like her beau is from Pittsburgh, have been dating since early 2011 and collaborated on her debut single earlier this year. According to the New York Post, the two met when he requested a pair of sunglasses from her collection.

Rose was previously involved with Kanye West, and in January blamed their 2010 breakup on Kim Kardashian, who had been dating Reggie Bush.

Check out Rose below talking about love, love, love as the Love Doctor for Billboard's the Juice. Hey, she said they'd be getting married!

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck welcome a baby boy

It's a boy for Ben Affleck and Jen Garner

This post has been corrected, as detailed below.

For Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, the third time means a charming baby boy.

The couple have reportedly welcomed another addition to their household. Daughters Violet and Seraphina have a Santa Monica-born baby brother, according to several outlets, all citing a source close to the couple.

"It would be so weird to have a boy," Garner told Ellen DeGeneres in September as she and her husband were used to an all-girl house. She said at the time Ben would be thrilled at the news because he'd have someone to enjoy baseball with.

Garner's rep did not immediately return the Ministry's request for comment.

[For the record, 9:15 a.m. Feb. 29: An earlier version of this post misspelled Ben Affleck's last name  as Afflect.]

Halle Berry engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez

Halle Berry is engaged to Olivier Martinez

This post has been corrected. See note at the bottom for details.

Halle Berry is reportedly engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez, whom she met while filming the movie "Dark Tide," a thriller slated for release this year.

The engagement took place over the holidays, a source told Us Weekly, which broke the news, and involved a diamond and emerald ring, according to a rep for jewelry designer Gurhan, speaking to People.

Berry, 45, and Martinez, 46, met during "Dark Tide" production in mid-2010, shortly after Berry's breakup with Gabriel Aubry, and went public as a couple in October of that year. Berry has a 3-year-old daughter, Nahla, from her relationship with Aubry.

It will be a third marriage for Berry, who was previously wed to baseball player David Justice and then R&B singer Eric Benet. She's been unmarried since the divorce from Benet was finalized in 2005, though she dated Aubry for five years. The two wrestled over custody of Nahla, with Aubry finally getting less time with his daughter than he sought.

[For the record, 2 p.m. Jan. 11: An earlier version of this post incorrectly said Halle Berry was married first to Eric Benet and then to David Justice. It was the other way around. The post also incorrectly said Berry divorced Justice in 2005. That was the year she divorced Benet.]

Mario Lopez, Courtney Mazza get engaged in Mexico

Courtney Mazza and Mario Lopez are engaged

Mario Lopez and Courtney Mazza are finally making it official: The two got engaged in Ixtapa, Mexico, over the New Year's Eve holiday.

"We took a walk alone as the sun was setting," Lopez told Us Weekly. "I told Courtney that I wanted the mother of my children to have their last name."

Actor and TV host Lopez, 38, and dancer Mazza, 28, welcomed baby Gia Francesca Lopez in September 2010.

"She was silent at first from shock," Lopez said of his fiancée, "then she leaped for joy and did a little jeté!"

Hey, we'd do a jeté too if ... wait a second ... mother of his children, plural? Is there something going on we don't now about, Mario?

At any rate, what we do know is that the two are likely to tie the knot in Mexico later this year.

Lopez was previously married to "Doritos girl" Ali Landry, whom he'd dated for years, but that coupling was annulled after two weeks. Landry reportedly had found "really strong evidence" that he'd been unfaithful.

Sinead O'Connor reconciles with Barry Herridge, calls off divorce

Sinead O'Connor isn't getting divorced anymore.

Sinéad O'Connor's love life has another chapter. Actually this is more like an extended cut of the previous chapter. She announced on Twitter that she's back with her husband of less than a month.

The Irish singer, who married Dublin substance-abuse counselor Barry Herridge in Las Vegas in early December, then announced their separation a couple of weeks later, has called off the divorce proceedings.

As she put it late Tuesday, "yay!!! me husband is a big hairy cave man an came to claim me with his club : ) and now im in cave-land.. yay!!"

When one fan, who obviously doesn't speak cave man, tweeted to ask for confirmation that the singer now wasn't getting divorced, O'Connor responded, "Yup that's wot it means. An I can add to my lingerie collection. Size uk 12 btw for anyone wanting to send any. 36b. : )"

Previously, O'Connor had written a long post on her website announcing the breakup of the relationship due to people in her husband's life urging him away from her and to a "wild ride" in Las Vegas on their Dec. 8 wedding night, when self-described non-drinker O'Connor went looking for weed to smoke and ended up with a handful of crack instead.

Never a dull moment in the O'Connor household.

The good news for her Southern California fans is that they will have ample opportunity to congratulate her in person: The newly reconciled Mrs. H will be headed to L.A. on Thursday for a performance on Friday, and she'll return in February for a pair of shows at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery to celebrate the release of her new album, "How About I Be Me (And You Be You)?"

O'Connor says she's slowing things down with husband No. 4 and that they plan to act like boyfriend and girlfriend (or cave man and cave woman) for a while. Either way, this isn't likely to be the last of the O'Connor love drama in 2012.

Robert Pattinson: $12K in guitars (but no KStew) for Christmas

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart dropped some cash on Xmas gifts

Though Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart spent the Christmas holidays with their respective families this year -- on different continents -- the couple exchanged some impressive gifts to serve as romantic reminders.

For Pattinson, Stewart nabbed two vintage guitars (a 1959 Fender Jazzmaster and a 1947 K&F Lap Steel, for you music buffs). The instruments cost something to the tune of $12,000.

"She said, 'He's gonna ... when he sees them!' " the owner of Norman's Rare Guitars in Tarzana told Us Weekly, which first reported the "Twilight Saga" heroine's purchase.

Pattinson was spotted on Christmas Eve in London palling around with his close friend Tom Sturridge's ex-girlfriend. Stewart was said to be in stateside in Los Angeles with her family.

Stewart got some creature comforts of her own, however, courtesy of her "Water for Elephants" hunk: around $500 worth of vintage furniture -- lamps and a wooden bench -- from an L.A. operation called TINI.

As any avid follower of the couple knows, their Christmas separation isn't anything to raise an eyebrow over: These two have a New Year's Eve tradition. For the past two years they've done their own little countdown on the modest Isle of Wight, a seaside haven that offers them added privacy.

Paula Patton: 'Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol' star blends in

Paula Patton

What is it about espionage and lingerie? Paula Patton certainly knows, because the "Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol" star pretty much nails the one in the film and the other in a sexy new photo spread.

To help you decide which is which, let us present the actress in the current issue of GQ, where she delivers an underwear shoot and some chatter about her quirky family situation.

You see, Patton is married to R&B sex god Robin Thicke, whose father is beloved television institution-slash-Canadian Alan Thicke.

"Canadians are a lot like us, actually," Patton tells the mag. "I've figured out how to blend in."

Insert spy quip here? As far the intimate apparel goes, don't let that trick you into thinking Patton is a precious female lead beside Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner and Simon Pegg in "Ghost Protocol." She's one sweet cookie, but a tough one too.

"I was doing physical stunts," Patton said, "feet in the mud, fingernails full of dirt, shooting and fighting for my life."

Britney Spears is engaged to marry Jason Trawick

Britney Spears is engaged to Jason Trawick

Britney Spears is reportedly engaged to marry Jason Trawick, her former agent, and her beau since 2009.

"OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I've been waiting for," Spears said Friday on Twitter. "Can't wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!!"

That "one gift" was an engagement ring featuring a three-carat round stone and pave diamonds on the band, an insider told Us Weekly exclusively, describing the ring as "very traditional."

Trawick popped the question after a romantic dinner for his 40th birthday on Thursday night, Us said. The singer just turned 30. "This is something they've both wanted for a long time," said the source, who confirmed the engagement to the mag. "It's a way to cement their family."

He reportedly surprised her after she'd given him his birthday gifts.

Spears has two sons, Sean Preston, 6, and Jayden, 5, from her two-year marriage to Kevin Federline, which ended in 2006. Trawick was her agent from 2006 until May, when he left William Morris Endeavor to start his own company.

Sara Gilbert has a new girlfriend, wishes she'd told you herself

Sara Gilbert has a new girlfriend -- singer-songwriter Linda Perry -- and she's flattered that people are interested, but certainly wishes we'd all found out when she'd done her hair and makeup first.

She and Perry, a member of 4 Non Blondes in the early '90s and who now writes for folks such as Pink and James Blunt, were photographed by paparazzi on a recent Sunday morning, and next thing Gilbert knew, her relationship status had been officially changed online. According to fellow "The Talk" panelist Aisha Tyler, it was not exactly what the actress would have wanted.

"It's weird," Gilbert said. After their morning outing, "I go online and it's on, like, CNN, and I'm flattered, you know, and I can't believe that anyone cares."

PHOTOS: Celebrity breakups of 2011

Despite her smile, however, and even though she said she expects in her current job to share personal details with the audience, "I kinda would rather do it on my terms" -- and here's where she got the laugh -- "in full hair and makeup."

Also, perhaps, not be photographed on a Sunday morning when she perhaps thought she could enjoy, as Sharon Osbourne put it, some "privacy," which out of her mouth rhymes with "give-a-see."

Gilbert and Allison Adler, who have two young children together, broke up in August after 10 years together; the two had gone public with their long-term relationship only a year earlier. Then the "Roseanne" veteran teared up a few months back when "The Talk" gang were chatting about marriage in September.

Gilbert, voice cracking, said on that that she wouldn't trade the time she'd had with Adler. "I think that's such a special time in my life. But then you see people in their 70s and you go like, 'How do people do it? How do they make it last?"

She may get to give it another shot.

Heather Locklear, Jack Wagner too darned busy to stay engaged

Jack Wagner and Heather Locklear

Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner reportedly called off their engagement last week because wedding planning was too time-consuming -- and because it was all too disruptive to their kids.

Locklear and Wagner, the "Melrose Place" lovers who brought the romance to real life in 2007 and got engaged in August, were spending so much time planning their big day that they had no time left for family, Jack told TMZ. The family-time commitment was complicated by the fact that they didn't want to do the blended thing, he told the site, because it would be disruptive to their too-young kids.

Wagner has two sons, 16-year-old Peter and 21-year-old Harrison, from his marriage to Kristina Malandro, which ended in 2006. Locklear has 14-year-old daughter Ava Sambora from her marriage to Richie Sambora, which ended in 2007.

(Hey, the "young" thing was his word, not ours.)

The two broke the news to their families on Tuesday, her publicist said, but no explanation was given at that time. Wagner said Monday that they "still love each other very much," however.

Guess nobody thought to get married like Paul McCartney and Nancy Shevell did, at the U.K. equivalent of city hall? Though, OK, they did have a pretty cool reception, and that takes time to throw together.

No matter. If it ain't right, it ain't right. Just ask Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian.
