Snooki is pregnant? Batten down the single-mom hatches!

Snooki is pregnant? Did she look preggers two weeks ago?

Snooki is pregnant?

Take some deep breaths, gentle reader, don't panic -- it'll all be over in five to six months, as Ms. Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is reportedly three to four months along.

We couch that with a "reportedly," because even though the New York Post and E! News are presenting it as fact via sources, the news that Snooki is pregnant -- expected to come shortly via Us Weekly -- has yet to get the official stamp from reps or the party gal herself.

In fact, at the beginning of February, Polizzi was on "Good Morning America" firmly denying pregnancy rumors, which TMZ said was just her way of not jinxing things with a first-trimester announcement (and possibly without a deal in place to profit off the blessed news). This after dropping weight due to exercise and a reduction in drinking, E! reported.

Rumor has it that the baby daddy is boyfriend Jionni LaValle, with whom she's already looked at a big sparkly engagement ring.

We presume the liquor store that was denying admittance to new neighbor Snooki before she even moved in next door now has a little less to worry about -- though Forbes wonders how single motherhood, and the expected reduction in pint-size party power, will affect the "Jersey Shore" star's brand. If fans will accept parenting instead of partying, it could be a good thing.

As for the girls' new spinoff show, Snooki told Us Weekly: "It’s not always going to the club, drinking and partying. It’s the first time I’m going to be on my own for real. You've only seen the party side of us."

Now we'll get to see if there's a mommy side. A rep for MTV told People that filming started last week.

Who gave us Scarlett Johansson naked? FBI says Christopher Chaney

Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, Christina Aguilera

Scarlett Johansson, your long, naked nightmare may be over: The FBI has arrested a man it suspects of hacking into email accounts of celebs and their friends to procure and distribute revealing personal pictures.

Christopher Chaney, 35, of Jacksonville, Fla., was arrested Wednesday after a yearlong investigation dubbed Operation Hackerazzi by the FBI in Los Angeles.

Mila Kunis and Christina Aguilera were, along with Johansson, officially confirmed as victims courtesy of an indictment unsealed Wednesday. Their names have been frequently mentioned in connection with the story as it unfolded.

Documents: Read the eight-page, 26-count indictment

So how is Chaney alleged to have done it? The Times' celeb crime specialists Andrew Blankstein and Richard Winton (Harriet Ryan and Victoria Kim are on the Dr. Conrad Murray trial related to the death of Michael Jackson) heard it like this from law enforcement:

Mining details of the stars' personal lives in celebrity magazines and websites as well as Twitter and Facebook posts, Chaney looked for potential passwords that would give him access to their accounts, the FBI said. The name of a dog. A favorite movie. An old address. A sibling's nickname.

Once he cracked the password, officials charged, he hit a gold mine, gaining access to the stars' address books as well as any photos and other files saved on their emails. He used an email forwarding program that automatically duplicated any messages the stars received into his account. So even when the celebrities change their passwords, he'd know about it, officials said.

Chaney told a Florida news station that he knew what he did was wrong, but got so hooked on it he didn't know how to stop.

"It started as curiosity, and it turned to just being addictive," he told Action News in Jacksonville. "Seeing the behind-the-scenes of what's going on with the people you see on the big screen."

The FBI said Chaney didn't intend to sell the images, one of which was described by a Ministry staffer (in not so many words) as revealing that Johansson possessed a lower half granted by a higher power.

Despite saying he was sorry and posting $10,000 bond, Chaney is essentially grounded at his parents' house now, with absolutely no Internet privileges. He faces up to 121 years in prison if found guilty on all counts.

Wait till the judge gets home.

Cyndi Lauper gallantly streams past national anthem flub [Video]

Cyndi Lauper flubs the national anthem

Add the name Cyndi Lauper to the list of singers bested by the national anthem. Singing on Saturday at the U.S. Open tennis tournament in New York, Lauper declared our flag to be still streaming, or something like that.

Unlike Christina Aguilera at the Super Bowl in February, the "She Bop" singer didn't trip up while attempting crazy vocal runs mid-song -- rather, she said, she was trying to mentally multi-task, given the Sept. 11 significance of the moment, which included a moment of silence for the victims of the 2001 terrorist attacks.

Afterward, in a pair of messages on Twitter, Lauper said:

Whew, I just did the anthem for the US open. It was an awesome experience.I got choked up in the middle remembering 9/11.

The moon shone done on us and I tried to say a prayer at the same time.. I hope I didn't mess up too bad. I wanted it to be comforting. Xcyn

Lauper blew only one line, mumbling through it and getting back on track, whereas a belting Aguilera had to pretty much rewrite the middle of the tune on the fly after getting lost along the way. Both women, incidentally, previously performed the song as written. (See Lauper's slip-up around the 48-second mark in the video below.)

Aguilera said at the time that she "got so caught up in the moment of the song that I lost my place. I can only hope that everyone could feel my love for this country and that the true spirit of its anthem still came through."

Two artists, two flubs, two solutions. And two very different dresses, we might add: Lauper's Statue of Liberty chic vs. Aguilera's basic black.

Forgive and forget?

Zara Phillips, queen's granddaughter, preps to marry Mike Tindall

Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall after their royal wedding rehearsal

This post has been corrected. See the note below for details.

Zara Phillips comes to the rescue of those starving for another bite of royal wedding cake: The woman 13th in line to the throne was prepping Friday to marry Mike Tindall in a private ceremony in Edinburgh, Scotland, on Saturday.

This wedding won't be a lavish feast for royal watchers, however. "It's a private family wedding," said a Buckingham Palace spokeswoman. "We're not giving out any details."

Photos: Getting ready for the Phillips-Tindall wedding

That said, here are some details. They'll say their vows at Canongate Kirk, the parish church of Edinburgh Castle, with a reception at the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the queen's official residence in Scotland. Phillips and Tindall, as well as Princess Anne, were photographed Friday leaving the church after their rehearsal. Zara had also been spotted earlier in the week getting a rare-for-her spa treatment, and some business-as-usual exercise.

That's a bit different than the wedding seen round the world in April -- that of Prince Charles' son Prince William to Kate Middleton, now Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. Being closer to the front of the line for the throne does have its implications, among them a million people hanging around in the streets for your big day.

Phillips, 30, the daughter of Princess Anne and her first husband Mark Phillips, has long been considered one of the most down-to-earth members of the royal family. The successful equestrian has no royal title. Tindall, 32, plays rugby.

According to the Daily Mail, guests are expected to include Queen Elizabeth II and most of the royal family -- the Tindall family hasn't yet met the queen -- and many sports figures, including a former England rugby player as best man.

[For the record, July 30, 2011: The post originally said Phillips was 12th in line for the throne. She is 13th; Savannah Phillips, daughter of Peter Phillips, who is Zara's older brother, became 12th in line when she was born on Dec. 29, 2010.]

Christina Aguilera tapped as mentor on NBC's 'The Voice'

Christina Aguilera cast for "The Voice" The day after being arrested on suspicion of public intoxication, Christina Aguilera is already on the comback trail, taking up residence as a mentor on NBC's new show "The Voice."

Perhaps the Wednesday announcement was timed to detract from her legal woes?

The "Burlesque" star was happy to be joining Grammy winners Cee Lo Green, of "(Forget) You" and feathered fame, Maroon5's Adam Levine and another undetermined coach on the "American Idol"-style competition, according to Show Tracker.

"I am so excited to be part of such a wonderful project that celebrates music and the talent behind it," Aguilera said in a statement. "To be given the opportunity to help shape new artists' careers and mentor them to see their dreams come to fruition is a task I welcome with open arms."

The five-time Grammy winner and the other coaches will each mentor a team of singers by using their own personal songwriters, producers and friends to whip them into shape.

The teams will then be pitted against each other, and viewers will vote on the winners a la "American Idol."

Here's hoping X-tina doesn't pass on her lyric-flubbing liabilities to her mentees.

The show premieres April 26 and will be hosted by Carson Daly.

Pink thrilled she's not as messy as Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears

Pink compares herself favorably to Christina Aguilera On the day Christina Aguilera was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication, singer Pink decided to give herself some credit for good behavior.

The pregnant singer did some Twitter reflecting Tuesday -- just hours after Aguilera was tossed in the drunk tank and boyfriend Matthew Rutler was nailed on suspicion of DUI -- and has decided it is miraculous she's not a bigger mess than Aguilera and fellow singer Britney Spears

"Out of Myself, Britney, and Christina- didn't everyone think I was gonna be the troublemaker?" she asked her followers, adding, "LOOK MA!!! No CUFFS!!!"

The three women hit the marketplace around the same time, but Pink's shtick has always been a bit older and darker (read: complaint pop).

Pink is now carrying her and husband Carey Hart's first child.

Christina Aguilera arrested, released; boyfriend Matthew Rutler held on DUI suspicion

Christina Aguilera arrested with boyfriend Matthew Rutler Christina Aguilera was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and her boyfriend, Matthew Rutler, was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Tuesday in West Hollywood, authorities said.

An extremely intoxicated Aguilera, 30, was taken into custody at 2:45 a.m. for her own safety and released around 7:30 a.m. after she sobered up, sheriff's Deputy Bill McSweeney said. The arrest will go on her record, but criminal charges  will not be filed against the singer, sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore told L.A. Now.

"There will be no court date, and there will be no prosecution," Whitmore  said.

After his girlfriend was released through a back entrance to avoid gathered paparazzi, Rutler, 25, was still in custody. His bail is set at $30,000.

The "Burlesque" star filed for divorce from music exec husband Jordan Bratman in October; the split is expected to be finalized in April. Rutler escorted her Feb. 6 to the Super Bowl in Arlington, Texas, where she botched the words to the national anthem, a song she's performed in front of crowds since she was a child. She sang at the Grammy Awards on Feb. 13 in a tribute to Aretha Franklin.

Grammy Awards: Aretha Franklin promises to be at next year's Grammys

Aretha Franklin

Aretha Franklin made a surprise, taped appearance Sunday at the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards, popping on screen after Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Hudson, Martina McBride and more kicked off with a tribute to the Queen of Soul.

Grammy-pictures2 In her message, Franklin promised to be at the Grammys in 2012. She'd made her first public appearance in months on Friday, heading out to see a Cleveland Cavaliers basketball game with Rev. Jesse Jackson.

The diva in January debunked some rumors about her recent illness, which forced her to cancel six months' worth of performances. Franklin underwent surgery in December.

Without giving specifics about what had ailed her, Franklin told "Access Hollywood," "I don't know where 'pancreatic cancer' came from. I was sitting there reading the newspaper and it was saying someone in my family said that. No one in my family ever said that to anybody."

"If you're a fan of Aguilera's hollering, this was golden," Todd Martens said of the tribute in his Pop & Hiss  mini-review, noting that the blond singer -- possibly seeking a shot at redemption after her Super Bowl fumble -- in one instance stretched the word "I" into nearly four syllables.

Florence Welch and Yolanda Adams rounded out the medley of Franklin tunes, which featured Hudson rocking a little "Respect."

Christina Aguilera got 'caught up in the moment' during national anthem

Christina Aguilera and Matthew Rutler at the Super Bowl Christina Aguilera has been America's punching bag for just over 24 hours now, since she flubbed the national anthem before the Super Bowl. However, the diva did issue a statement explaining and apologizing.

"I got so caught up in the moment of the song that I lost my place," the "Burlesque" actress said Sunday night. "I can only hope that everyone could feel my love for this country and that the true spirit of its anthem still came through."

A source told E! News that Aguilera, who's been singing the national anthem publicly since she was 7, was "visibly upset," skipped the Super Bowl after-parties and caught a plane right back to L.A. Those who doubt that the New York native knows the lyrics can check out the second and third videos in this post, showing her knocking it out at age 11, and just last year for the NBA Finals.

"It's such a huge venue, your nerves take ahold of you. I completely understand," the Black Eyed Peas' Fergie said, defending Aguilera during a radio interview Monday and mentioning some issues with her own performance -- though maybe not mirroring exactly what some of the game's 111 million viewers took away from the Peas' halftime show.

"Some of my notes were pitchy to me," Fergie said -- but hey, she had a great time.

Some stories have circulated lately about erratic behavior from Aguilera, but really, who wouldn't be off their game if they had to live with an estranged husband and a new boyfriend? Xtina filed for divorce from Jordan Bratman in October, and has been dating Mark Rutler, who according to TMZ moved in before Bratman's stuff was hauled away in January.

Rutler accompanied Aguilera to her Super Bowl pregame performance.

Ripped Go Daddy girl Joan Rivers rips into Kim Kardashian, Christina Aguilera [video]

Joan Rivers is the new face of Go Daddy -- yes, just the face -- and never one to shy from snark, she dished it out during the 2011 Super Bowl, when her Go Daddy commercial ran.

"I love Superbowl Sunday. Or, as @KimKardashian calls it, 'the biggest shopping day of the year,'" she tweeted around kickoff.

The sharp-tongued 77-year-old continued to churn out the snark via Twitter when her commercial for the Web-hosting company aired during the game. With her face superimposed on Tabitha Taylor's ripped body, she took the wind out of every straight man's sails.

Betty White Super Bowl commercial for Snickers "How do you like that body?" Rivers tweeted. "That took a lot of hard work-dieting and exercise! And I never once puked up my lunch."

And the harsh, silver-haired humor didn't end with Rivers: Cloris Leachman got the message loud clear and bashed Jillian Michaels and Danica Patrick in her own spoof of Go Daddy's script-flipper.

Betty White's Snickers commercial from last year's Super Bowl proved that ladies of a certain age can still pack a lot of punch -- and Rivers is no exception. She always has something to say and someone to put down.

"The commercials are all aliens and alcoholics and all computer-generated. Thank God my commercial has no special effects," she said.

The star of "Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best?" and "Fashion Police" officer also poked fun at Christina Aguilera for flubbing the National Anthem, skewering the crooner about her fluctuating weight.
