Ripped Go Daddy girl Joan Rivers rips into Kim Kardashian, Christina Aguilera [video]
Joan Rivers is the new face of Go Daddy -- yes, just the face -- and never one to shy from snark, she dished it out during the 2011 Super Bowl, when her Go Daddy commercial ran.
"I love Superbowl Sunday. Or, as @KimKardashian calls it, 'the biggest shopping day of the year,'" she tweeted around kickoff.
The sharp-tongued 77-year-old continued to churn out the snark via Twitter when her commercial for the Web-hosting company aired during the game. With her face superimposed on Tabitha Taylor's ripped body, she took the wind out of every straight man's sails.
"How do you like that body?" Rivers tweeted. "That took a lot of hard work-dieting and exercise! And I never once puked up my lunch."
And the harsh, silver-haired humor didn't end with Rivers: Cloris Leachman got the message loud clear and bashed Jillian Michaels and Danica Patrick in her own spoof of Go Daddy's script-flipper.
Betty White's Snickers commercial from last year's Super Bowl proved that ladies of a certain age can still pack a lot of punch -- and Rivers is no exception. She always has something to say and someone to put down.
"The commercials are all aliens and alcoholics and all computer-generated. Thank God my commercial has no special effects," she said.
The star of "Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best?" and "Fashion Police" officer also poked fun at Christina Aguilera for flubbing the National Anthem, skewering the crooner about her fluctuating weight.
