Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lopez wine and dine in New York

Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lopez know how to lend a prix fixe meal some heat a la carte — by simply enjoying such a dinner date together.

The two single actors broke bread at New York City's Per Se, a swanky upper west side eatery that boasts a $295 prix fixe chef's tasting menu. Saturday night also saw them indulging in an hours-long conversation.

The outing was described as "romantic" by a TMZ source, and news of a Lopez-Cooper hookup would be both unexpected and sexy. But don't look for a save-the-date card soon: Others said it was all business, with the two talking about a possible project on which to collaborate, according to E! News. 

Lopez, 42, is divorcing Marc Anthony, her husband of seven years, after their union imploded this summer. Cooper, 36, had a serious go at it a while back with Renee Zellweger, but that fizzled after a year ending in September 2010.

Is Taylor Kinney Lady Gaga's new boyfriend? [Video]

Attention, all of Lady Gaga's devout little monsters: You may have a new stepdaddy, according to rumors that Mother Monster is dating hunky actor Taylor Kinney.

Kinney plays Gaga's bathtub companion in the "Yoü and I" music video and has credits from "The Vampire Diaries" also under his belt. A peep at the video may have you asking, "What's not to love?"

The two are "hooking up," a source told People, after sparking on the set of the Laurieann Gibson-directed video. The mag said the pair were spotted in Mission Viejo over Labor Day weekend.

Gaga previously dated personal trainer-shaggy rocker Luc Carl. Kinney 's other TV credits include including "Trauma," "Bones," "CSI: NY" and "Rizzoli & Isles."

Taylor Lautner won't choose sides in 'Snow White' smackdown

Taylor Lautner has smoothly avoided a sticky "Snow White" situation by straddling the fence between two upcoming remakes: one starring his girlfriend, Lily Collins, and a darker adaptation with his "Twilight Saga" costar Kristen Stewart.

Lautner was asked on the red carpet at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards which version he'd be rooting for when the films hit theaters in 2012. 

"It's tough,” he told E! Online's Marc Malkin. "I mean, my excuse is they're so different. I can root for them both."

Stewart will be a harder fairy-tale gal, with a supporting cast including Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen and Chris Hemsworth as the rugged Huntsman. Collins, who also stars with Lautner in "Abduction," will follow a more traditional path with Julia Roberts as her royal nemesis.

"Kristen's going to be cool and edgy and dark ... Lily's gonna be great too," Lautner said. "And a completely different feel."

Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux sharing a Hollywood Hills home

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux can save money on those monogrammed towels, now that the two Js are sharing a two-bedroom Hollywood Hills home.

The actors are reportedly bunking in the temporary rental love nest while they look for the right place in which to cohabitate.

"They decided to rent a house together while they keep searching for the perfect [one] to buy," a source told People. "Jen and Justin are very excited about living together in their new home."

So what does this mean? Aside from the obvious suggestion that Jen and Justin are getting très serious, it could mean a major life recalibration for Aniston.

After a painstaking renovation to transform a Beverly Hills mansion into her zen dream house, a then-single Aniston listed the property in February for $42 million -- it sold in the $38-million vicinity -- with the reported intention of moving to New York.

She also indicated she'd be taking some time off to write, give directing a shot and relax in general. But, to indulge in an Aniston movie pun, love happened.

If the source is saying that Aniston and Theroux are searching for a permanent L.A. residence, Jen's flight plans may have changed dramatically, or been canceled altogether. But all is fair in love and real estate.

Minka Kelly and Derek Jeter have 'amicable' breakup

Minka Kelly and Derek Jeter have called it quits on their three-year relationship, which had been peppered with engagement and marriage rumors. Yep, it's a sad day in Pretty-ville.

"The split was amicable," Kelly's reps first told Just Jared about the breakup. "But they remain friends. They still really care for each other."

Perhaps that means there were no in-flight meltdowns in response to the romantic strikeout. 

The New York Yankees shortstop, 37, and the star of the upcoming "Charlie's Angels" TV reboot, 31, had kept mum about their relationship, but Kelly was frequently spotted on his arm and was in the stadium for Jeter's 3,000th career hit in July. "The Roommate" actress also appeared in the HBO documentary "Derek Jeter 3K" last month, which chronicled the baseball star's career.

Jeter's little black book includes Mariah Carey, Miss Universe Lara Dutta, Scarlett Johansson, singer Joy Enriquez, Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, Tyra Banks and many, many others. Kelly has been romantically linked to Chris Evans, Donald Faison, and, of course, John Mayer.

Jim Carrey declares love for Emma Stone [Video] [Poll] [Updated]

If Jim Carrey ran Abercrombie & Fitch, the A&F proposition to the Situation last week might have looked a little more like the video below -- it's Carrey's love letter to actress Emma Stone, and while Carrey doesn't ask Stone to take off any clothing or offer any money like A&F, it's bound to draw as many or more eyeballs as the retailer's publicity-stunt letter did last week.

The 49-year-old Carrey, who broke up with longtime girlfriend Jenny McCarthy in April 2010, pours his heart out to Stone, saying:

If I were a lot younger I would marry you and we would have chubby little freckle-faced kids. We'd laugh all day long and go camping and play Yahtzee and tell ghost stories by the fire. And every day for the rest of your life you would thank God that I was the appropriate age for you.

The video was posted to Carrey's personal site, jimcarreytrulife.com, which was crashed Thursday morning under the weight of the attention drawn to the video. His official site was crashed as well.

"I just wanted to let you know how I felt," Carrey said in the video to Stone. "I think you're pretty special. I wish you continued success and artistic fulfillment but most of all I wish you love and contentment. That's all."

[Updated, 2:30 p.m. Aug. 25: "Yes, my msg to Emma Stone was a comedy routine and the funniest part is that everything i said is tru," Carrey said on Twitter (for those who were wondering). He later mentioned that the site -- which has other videos from the actor's everyday life including visits to Brazil and Haiti, allows for comments on the videos, and is intended as "a more immediate way" for him to connect with fans -- had "crashed temporarily. Back up soon. ?;^\"]

George Michael admits 'turbulent' Kenny Goss relationship is over

George Michael and longtime partner Kenny Goss have indeed broken up, with the singer admitting the split after months spent denying rumors and careless whispers that they'd gone their separate ways.

The "Faith" singer 'fessed up Monday to the audience at the opening night of his "Symphonica: The Orchestral Tour" at the Prague State Opera House.

"It's time to be honest," Michael said of his relationship with the businessman, which began in the mid-1990s.

"Kenny and I haven't been together for two and a half years," the 48-year-old announced when he dedicated his new song, "Where I Hope You Are," to his former partner. They split, he said, in part because of Goss' longtime struggle with alcohol addiction after his parents died.

"My love life has been a lot more turbulent than I've let on," Michael added. "This man has brought me a lot of joy and a lot of pain."

Together, Goss and the former Wham! singer founded the Dallas-based Goss-Michael Foundation, which exhibits British contemporary art.

During the concert, Michael also paid tribute to Amy Winehouse, saying the late singer was the only British artist to have left him in awe during his three-decade career.

Kimberly Stewart, Benicio Del Toro have a baby girl

Actor Benicio Del Toro and Kimberly Stewart, the second-eldest of rocker Rod Stewart's eight children, have one significant thing in common: an 8-pound, 9-ounce baby girl.

Stewart, 32, gave birth to the baby girl on Sunday in Los Angeles. The singer-model and the Academy Award-winning actor, 44, are not a couple, Del Toro's rep said in April when the pregnancy was  announced. However, the baby daddy is "very supportive."

And their lack of a relationship isn't hindering grandpa Rod Stewart's excitement.

"My joy is indescribable," he told People, calling the birth one of the happiest days of his life. Rod and third wife Penny Lancaster, Kimberly's mother Alana, new uncle (and Kim's brother) Sean Stewart and Del Toro were among the crowd who joined her at the hospital to welcome the newest member of the family.

Del Toro and Stewart's daughter will have a couple of younger uncles to grow up with too: In February, Rod, 66, and Penny had a baby named Aiden, who joined their other son, 5-year-old Alastair.

Meet Daniel Radcliffe's new girlfriend, Rosanne Coker

Daniel Radcliffe has been under the spell of a 22-year-old mystery woman -- a mystery until now.

The lucky lady, with whom Radcliffe has confessed he's "very much in love," has been identified as Rosanne Coker.

Coker, the English-born daughter of a painter and interior decorator, met Radcliffe when she worked as a production assistant on "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," according to the Daily Mail. 

While it's unclear when they got serious, Radcliffe confirmed to Larry King that he is serious about the brunette. The Mail report says they've worked on four films together, though her future career ambitions are unknown.

And perhaps they don't need to be, as Radcliffe is reportedly worth nearly $100 million.

Coker is said to be splitting her time between the London suburb of Surrey, where her parents reside, and Radcliffe's Manhattan digs. The Ministry wishes you luck, young lovers.

Kat Von D back on with Jesse James, done with 'L.A. Ink' [Polls]

Kat Von D might have broken up with "L.A. Ink," but she and Jesse James are definitely together, engagement ring and all. 

News of the couple's late-July breakup came only two days before the fourth season of her just-nixed series premiered, while Von D was doing promotion complete with "L.A. Ink" footage that showed her surprising her fiance with a new tattoo of his face rendered on her abdomen.

James confirmed the reunion to People, saying Thursday, "Sometimes you are only given one chance in life. It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance." A photo of the couple embracing is up online -- as well as speculation that they had never broken up in the first place.

"The distance between us was just too much," James had said in July, explaining their breakup from his point of view. After his divorce from Sandra Bullock, the West Coast Choppers owner had moved from Sunset Beach to Austin, Texas. Von D operates out of L.A., where she owns High Voltage Tattoo.

The decision to end "L.A. Ink" after this season was made either by the network or at star Kat Von D's request, depending on who you believe. The TLC show, a spinoff of the network's "Miami Ink," followed her from Miami to L.A.

"In an effort to capitalize on my recent breakup," the tattoo artist told People, "the network has decided to focus their energy on re-editing events that didn't happen during filming. ... In my opinion, any attempt to compromise the honesty of that would be an insult to my fans and my viewers."

Does this mean we shouldn't hold our breath for "Austin Ink"?
