Victoria's Secret fashion show: Hot hotties in lingerie? Heaven!

Miranda Kerr in the Victoria's Secret fashion show

Heaven was missing quite a few angels as the gorgeous creatures of Victoria's Secret, Miranda Kerr among them, were spotted on the runway during the line's annual televised fashion show Tuesday.

And as it turns out, shocking shock, people still like watching really beautiful, scantily clad women walk long distances in high heels while accompanied by popular music -- and the special netted huge ratings for network CBS.

A few reasons to watch, in addition to the whole scantily clad thing: Miranda Kerr, above, was cheered on by baby daddy Orlando Bloom, Ministry boyfriend Joe Manganiello sat front-row with his "Magic Mike" co-star Alex Pettyfer, and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine wrapped his inked-up arms around girlfriend Anne Vyalitsyna.

The Angels, with musical assistance from Levine, Jay-Z and Kanye West, clocked 10.3 million viewers, Show Tracker reported, up 15% over last year with a 35% gain in the all-important demographic of viewers 18-49, a.k.a. the "me like, me want, me buy" crowd.

While the actual event taped weeks ago, Kerr and fellow Victoria model Alessandra Ambrosio hit up South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa for an official viewing party Tuesday night, cheering on their lingerie-clad peers.

Michelle Williams keeps pixie haircut as a memorial

Michelle William's pixie cut isn't going anywhere

If you asked us to guess why Michelle Williams retains a super-cropped haircut, we'd assume a penchant for whimsy, or simply ease in chasing after her 6-year-old.

But the actress reveals the haircut signifies something deeper: It's a memorial, of sorts, to a person she lost who preferred the length.

Daughter Matilda would prefer her mother's hair longer, the "My Week With Marilyn" star told British Elle, but the style isn't going anywhere, as she "cut it for the one straight man who has ever liked short hair and I wear it in memorial of somebody who really loved it."

That tribute could very well be for one-time love Heath Ledger, who passed away in January 2008 after an accidental overdose of prescription drugs.

We'll be seeing lots of Williams and her hair in the coming months, as she's a shoo-in for awards attention thanks to her portrayal of screen legend Marilyn Monroe. Having embodied the sex symbol, mass appeal isn't lost on Williams.

"Of course, the only people who like it are gay men and my girlfriends," she says of the 'do.

"Straight men across the board are not into this hair!"

We think somehow, some way, Williams will find a way to speak to the straight guys.

Charlotte Ronson toasted by Nicole Richie, sis Samantha Ronson

Charlotte Ronson and her muses

Every artist has a muse, but designer Charlotte Ronson counts lots of Hollywood gals as her inspiration -- and luckily, they love a good party.

Nicole Richie and Charlotte's sister Samantha Ronson welcomed Kidada and Rashida Jones, Nicky and Paris Hilton, Lake Bell and Mindy Kaling to West Hollywood's Il Sole on Wednesday to celebrate Charlotte's new beauty collection, girly fare inspired by and named for her famous friends.

Richie glowed with a blond updo in a black romper with brass button detail, holding court at her table with the likes of Monet Mazur during a sit-down dinner in the eatery's private dining room. Rounding out the group were a mix of fashion folks and peeps from Sephora, where the line will be carried.

Though the beauty goods were inspired directly by ladies including Rashida, Richie and even the Ronsons' mother, Anne Dexter Jones, it turns out funny lady Bell wasn't among those tapped for a product name.

"What the hell?" Bell cracked.

So what would a Bell-inspired, say, lip gloss be called? Oh my -- turns out the name would include, um, something unprintable.

"'[Something Unprintable]. That's What I'm Talking About. Period.' That's what it would be called," Bell  said.

Quite a name, and perhaps we understand now why her concept wasn't included in the collection. But we'd totally wear that.

Kim Kardashian reveals wedding dress designer, tackles psoriasis

Kim Kardashian

Take it from Kim Kardashian: It's not always pretty being a bride. The reality star is over the moon, having found the dress in which she'll marry Kris Humphries, but there's still a rub when it comes to her skin.

Pretty things first, however: Vera Wang has been entrusted to design the gown, Kardashian said on her blog Monday.

"Vera has been a close family friend for a long time and we had talked about this moment for years. When it came to picking my wedding dress designer she was the first person I thought of. No one designs gowns the way she does!" she gushed.

Nevertheless, it'll take more than a pro like Wang to get Kimmie to blushing bride status — the reality TV personality recently learned she's suffering from psoriasis.

The diagnosis of the condition — an autoimmune disorder that leaves skin red, irritated and flaky — went public on a recent episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

On Monday, the bride-to-be declared she's being proactive about the wedding roadblock. "Ok I'm trying a new psoriasis cream all week," she wrote. "I hope this works! I promise I will share the goods once I find something that really works!"

Here's wishing you a smooth-all-over journey to the altar, Kim.

Nicki Minaj, Ricky Martin named new faces of Viva Glam

Nicki Minaj and Ricky Martin join Viva Glam campaign.

Get ready to take a powder, Lady Gaga: Nicki Minaj and Ricky Martin are the ones glamming up this time around for the annual Viva Glam campaign.

MAC's long-running charity initiative to benefit its AIDS fund has always tapped visible celeb faces to promote the cause. Martin and Minaj will replace 2010's famous faces Gaga and Cyndi Lauper.

By the company's count, Martin is only the third male to be invited into the fold, joining Elton John and Boy George. That said, we'd like to note that way back in the day, RuPaul was the original face of Viva Glam.

Sales of the limited-edition Viva Glam lip shades have raised $218,000,000 over the years for MAC's AIDS fund, established in 1994. The new campaign was being shot Monday in Miami by photographer David LaChapelle, said New York magazine.

How do you think Nicki and Ricky will stack up against previous Glam spokesfolk, including Christina Aguilera, Missy Elliot, Fergie and, of course, RuPaul?
