Marston Hefner, Hugh Hefner’s son, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of domestic violence against girlfriend Claire Sinclair, the 2011 Playmate of the Year.

Marston Hefner was released on $20,000 bond in the wee hours Monday. Pasadena police had responded to a domestic assault call and, upon arrival, determined Sinclair had suffered minor injuries consistent with an assault, L.A. Now reported.

The 21-year-old, Hef’s first son with Kimberley Conrad, and 20-year-old L.A. native Sinclair, born Clairissa Irene Riccio, reportedly live together in a Pasadena apartment, where he was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic assault. She is seeking a temporary restraining order against him, according to L.A. Now

Sinclair, who bills herself as a pinup on her retro-chic official website, told E! News that she doesn’t want to press charges, despite the restraining order.

‘All I want is for Marston to give a public apology,’ she said Monday, ‘and I want him to get psychiatric help. I want him to admit that he did hit me more than once.’

Hugh Hefner, who on Sunday night was rocking a post-Grammys party at the Playboy mansion, hosted by Diddy, retweeted a picture of himself, his girlfriends and Sinclair at a Music Cares event on Saturday.

He released a statement regarding the arrest, according to TMZ, saying, ‘If they care about each other, they’ll patch it up.’

TMZ also posted a picture of Sinclair, only this one was from after the alleged assault. It shows her with a bruised arm.
