Sarah Jessica Parker will be fitted for the glasses of prominent feminist Gloria Steinem in ‘Lovelace,’ replacing actress Demi Moore.
Covering the life of adult film pioneer Linda Lovelace and her rise to stardom, Parker climbs aboard after Moore dropped out of the production due to a personal crisis.
Hospitalized on Monday evening, initial reports alleged Moore was treated for substance abuse, a 911 call later revealing that Moore had a bad reaction to smoking something — on top of reportedly taking ‘whip-its,’ recreational inhaling of nitrous oxide.
As Demi’s real-life saga continues, ‘Lovelace’ is presumably looking to focus on the scripted drama. Amanda Seyfriend plays the title character, with Peter Sarsgaard as her husband.

Chloë Sevigny, Debi Mazar, Adam Brody, Sharon Stone and Juno Temple round out the cast — but more important, Chris Noth will also appear. Carrie and Mr. Big reunion! ‘70s porn style!
Women’s liberation leader Steinem is traveling, and was not reachable for comment.
