Eva Longoria is such a committed friend, she’ll apparently go to great lengths to support her pals. By suffocating herself, for instance.
The ‘Desperate Housewives’ star attended the Hollywood Style Awards on Sunday to present a trophy to photographer Randall Slavin, and made a crack about rocking one of her chum Victoria Beckham’s high-end dresses.
After teetering down a runway to the stage’s lectern, Longoria needed a moment to catch her breath.
‘I can’t breathe in this dress. It’s Victoria Beckham, so it’s a negative-4,’ she said of the size, getting chuckles from a crowd that included newly single Zoe Saldana, Khloe Kardashian, stylist Elizabeth Stewart and Madonna’s ‘W.E.’ leading lady, Andrea Riseborough.
All in good fun, we’re sure, as Beckham and Eduardo Cruz’s current squeeze go way back. The gals recently had a catch-up session at one of David Beckham’s soccer matches, where Eva was spotted cuddling Victoria’s new daughter, Harper Seven.
