Marie Osmond fans need not panic: Though the singer was rushed to a Las Vegas hospital for tests earlier this week, she didn’t skip a beat, returning to the stage the next night without missing a show.

‘So the allergies went into a bronchitis,’ Osmond said early Thursday on Twitter, referencing allergies that had resulted in two shows being cancelled last weekend. ‘Didn’t realize it until I went to hit the high notes last night on stage. Pie Jesu was kinda P-U.’

Marie, 52, and her brother Donny Osmond put on a 90-minute gig regularly at the Flamingo hotel. Last Friday, she had apologized online for nixed shows that night and the next, saying, ‘I don’t even feel that bad...just that my throat is not cooperating because of allergies. Love ya, guys.’

An Osmond rep, confirming the bronchitis diagnosis to Reuters, said that after finishing up her part of the show Wednesday night, Marie had gone through a couple of hours of tests.

‘Forever the trouper, #MarieOsmond went the distance tonight, a full 90 mins, 24 hours after a trip to ER for bronchial issues,’ the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s Norm Clarke reported Thursday night via Twitter.
