Lindsay Lohan gets a Billy Joel-inspired tattoo [Music video]

Billy Joel is now one with Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan is making a statement again, this time tattooing the words of Billy Joel on her rib cage, just south of her right underarm.

The inked lyrics -- "Clear as a crystal, sharp as a knife I feel like I'm in the prime of my life" -- are from "I Go to Extremes," a cut from Joel's 1989 album "Storm Front."

The tattoo represents "where she is in life and everything she's been through ... it signifies that she's focused," a source told TMZ, which has an exclusive picture of the body art.

Those who have been students of La Lohan in recent years might find multiple meanings in the song.

Watch Joel performing the song, below, or read the "I Go to Extreme" lyrics here and then tell us in comments: does the song selection make sense as a Lohan landmark? In the Ministry's opinion, the lyrics play different ways on the page and on the stage.

Of course, other suggestions are welcome (just keep it clean, please).
